Brilliant location at the water front and very close to local beach with good facilities. 10 minute walk into town. Beautifully clean and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is authentically Greek and quite old which we loved. Updating it too much would have spoilt the whole ambiance. Lots of stairs. Our room was situated on the top floor with balcony giving excellent views across the bay.

A lift and the option of breakfast would have been nice, although we did get plenty of needed exercise up and down the stairs.

Stavros and Victoria were incredibly hospitable, and their hotel is just minutes away from local tavernas and a beautiful 15 min walk into Agios Nikolas. Also, just a 10 min walk to the bus stop.. where you can access beautiful beaches for 2 euros. Voulisma and Amoudara, I would really recommend 👌 The hotel itself is so quaint! Our rooms were cleaned every day. It was such a pleasure to stay there, and the beds were so comfortable. Such a gem!

Victoria Hotel is a traditional Greek family run hotel. The room we had was immaculately clean. The room had just been refitted and had a lovely bathroom with walk in shower. The balcony although quite small had an absolutely stunning sea view. The owners of the hotel were always smiling and cheerful and were happy to help with anything we asked. The location of the hotel was perfect for the town and the beach. I really cannot say enough about how lovely this hotel is, and how it enhanced our holiday in Crete.

The air con in our room was a little temperamental, but having said that Stravros was onto it as soon as I mentioned it

Excellent location within an easy stroll into the main town centre and local beaches. The room was good value for money. The owner was brilliant, so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would really recommend.

Parking could be a little difficult at times due to limited spaces on the road. No fault of the hotel, but just something to bear in mind if hiring a car.

It started with the warm welcome we had when we arrived. Very quick we noticed that hospitality was a number one priority. More then that, you can see and smell how clean everything is. That makes a big difference in would say. The staff is super friendly and helpful. At the start we asked quite some questions. But nothing was to much. We had a fantastic stay

Useful hints received from Gavros about what to explore in Lasithi region. Supermarket just near hotel. Excelent communication with the staff. Strongly recommend Hotel Victoria.

Beautiful and traditional hotel with a gorgeous view over the sea! The rooms were super clean and the housekeepers were fantastic everyday, even left us a bottle of wine and chocolates! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, we went to several restaurants recommended to us and they were amazing. Incredible value for money. We didn’t miss having a pool as there is a beautiful beach in view from the hotel. There’s also a great coffee shop a few minutes walk away for morning coffee and pastries. Could not fault it for the price.

This small hotel generally met my expectations. The cleanliness was commendable, with daily thorough cleaning of the rooms. The environment was quiet as promised and everything was as described. Our hosts were friendly and their hospitality was notable. The only slight issue was the tricky hot water adjustment in the shower. Overall, a great experience.

This is a great location, right across from the sea and less than 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Agios Nikalaos. The road outside is busier than we first thought but we had rooms at the back of the hotel so were not disturbed by any noise. We booked 2 single rooms and they were a really good size, much larger than a twin room we had stayed in elsewhere.The staff are really friendly and helpful and there was a lovely restaurant on the beach just a few minutes walk away which is perfect for an evening meal. We would definitely stay again if revisiting this area.

The only improvement that could be made is to offer breakfast although there is at least one cafe just a few minutes walk away where we got breakfast one day. Rooms have a fridge and kettle so we bought our own breakfast for the other days and ate on our balcony.

The area is outside of the too touristic center, which for me was perfect, and relatively close to the bus station. It is located just in front of the beach, with a supermarket a few meters away. The personnel is genuinely friendly and helpful. There is a balcony with a table and chairs, an air conditioner, and a small fridge.
