The apartment was clean and tidy. Fittings and furnishings looked well maintained. Lots of spare thought for an apartment with plentiful plates, cutleries, cooking utensils for long stayers. View was stunning and peaceful that high up with view of the Straits. Check in instructions was clear. Host was very prompt in response.

Air Con in one of the rooms had a mouldy smell when turned on. Neighbours cooking was a little overwhelming in morning and evening despite being very airy and well ventilated. Bed was just ok a little saggy at some parts but still doable for a couple days stay.

overall stay was awesome, place were cleaned and tidy and everything is working perfectly. is exactly the same as what was shown in picture, netflix etc. grab to anywhere were conveinient, price range were almost same throughout. atmosphere was cozy and chill too. great for people who are looking to have a shortgetaway. check in was really smooth, no hassle, instructions given was crystal clear

things that i didnt really like was: 1. because the room we chose was facing the city/road/ above the highway, so at night the cars and motors were zooming past non stop for hours and basically whole night was sleepless🫠 the window didnt have much soundproof, hence it felt like we were sleeping right beside the road😂 highly recommend to install soundproof things around the window to avoid sleepless nights. 2. how dead and empty the mall was.. as expected, the mall was quiet and empty, wasnt much to shop around on the inside but outside were lively. 3. couch were abit stained and dirty, perhaps can be vacuum thoroughly. but were comfy tho.

We liked its proximity to amenities like a mall and eateries. The sea view is amazing, even though we were on the third floor. The apartment was spotless and it was very clear that customer comfort was a priority for the owners.

We would have liked a full length mirror to check our outfits before going out. Also a stool in the kitchen would have been nice because we have kids and they can't reach the sink without us having to carry them or use one of the dining chairs. Thirdly, we couldn't help but notice there were no tissue boxes provided in the apartment, which we feel is a basic necessity.

it was a truly wonderful experience and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was cozy, clean, and well-furnished with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the personal touches, of the marvels and the other superheroes was so cool and amazing which made the stay feel more personalized especially for my nieces as they really like the marvels so much. I particularly loved the view of the beach from my room, it was absolutely stunning and added a relaxing, serene atmosphere to my stay. Sitting on the swing chair overlooking the ocean was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

If u can put a mirror in the room will be nice

It was a nice and spacious unit for a family of five. Beautiful sea view from living room balcony and master bedroom. Beds and sofa were comfortable. Aircon was good and strong. Netflix was signed in. Dining utensils were available. Digital lock could be used instead of physical key. About a 5-minute walk to shopping mall to get food. You can get lots of choices on GrabFood delivered to the guard house. Easy to book a car from the location.

The windows in the dining area did not have curtains, neighbours from higher floors were looking in as it was facing their condo unit. Due to the lack of privacy in the dining area, we had to move to the living room area. It would have been perfect if there were curtains in the dining area. The curtains in the living room and other rooms were fully covered though, so no privacy issues there.

- Great views and location near the border crossing - Plenty of space and clean bathrooms - Responsive service, dealt with a blocked sink within hours

- The apartment’s lift lobby doesn’t have pedestrian access from the street itself, instead you have to walk through the car park to access the lift lobby for your apartment - Some A/C controls were not fully functional, fortunately you could still turn on/off but couldn’t adjust temperature which was set at 17°C

The apartment was dust-free, with fresh bed sheets and towels. Kitchen tools were also provided, so we could cook our own meal during our stay. We also like that we can chill by the window to enjoy the view (although not entirely sea view).

The apartment windows were not soundproof, so we could hear the sound of speeding motorcycles the entire night. The space was very clean, except for the hot water boiler. Previous user might have used it to boil instant noodles, leaving oil residues in it, which was hard to clean. Despite not being able to boil clean hot water that day, overall experience was still good.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Came with kitchen appliances as well, it was very good

The environment in the residential area is not very nice, may feel ghosty. It is a huge residential area, but very few people stay there. Most of the neighboring apartments are empty and looks abandoned. This does not give a good experience. The facilities of the condo was also very poor, like rusty children playground, jaccuzi not working, stair cases not very clean etc. People going to live in this apartments should be aware of this

We rented the 3 bed x 3 bath apartment. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, and a washing machine. We stayed on the 31 floor and the view of JB, the beach and Singapore is amazing. The location is excellent, next to a shopping centre with a huge supermarket, restaurants the beach and a choice of playgrounds and swimming pools. Super relaxing. Excellent value for money.

Nothing to mention

We have a pleasant stay here. The room is clean and well maintained. Everything we need is provided. We have a restful sleep at night thanks to the comfortable bed and pillow. Nice sea view from the living room, balcony and bedroom.

It would be good to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes, also toiletries holder inside the shower cubicle. There is a kind of unpleasant odor in the bathroom, not sure where it comes from.
