Very friendly and supportive management and other services. Reasonable prices. Very tasty cooking in a restaurant, no need to go somewhere. They can help with laundry for some extra payment. Free booking.

Blinky lights from the farm store's lights, across the road, at night. But this issue is mostly for city administration.

I didn't like we have to pay to stay by the pool 11$ per person. like we pay for room and PLUS have to pay for pool. ridiculous

Everything perfect is the best place where you can stay in chisinau, place so clean , pool and atmosfere top ,food pretty good , the stuff very gentle and professional i am high raccomand this place to everybody. Compliment to all stuff of kalyan hotel

The staff was exceptionally helpful, the room was exactly like in the pictures and I loved the view over the Romanița tower which was on my list to see anyway. The room was cleaned every day and it was very warm & comfortable.

Paid extra for a jacuzzi bath but when you turn it on it shot loads of dirt into the water. Restaurant was also closed unfortunately.

The place is super clean - which I really appreciated. I was also fond of the bedazzled headboard, and the sparkly wallpaper. It was off season when I stayed, so the pools were drained, but it also meant that the place was very quiet - which I also appreciated. Big balcony. Big tub. I had asked for a taxi early morning and the manager arranged to have someone wait outside for e to hail a cab. Very nice.

The hotel restaurant was closed, but there are other options close by and you can also walk to a grocery store and a bank. No reception area per se.

Kind friendly and helpful staff. Had a good sleep in a comfortable bed & enjoyed our jacuzzi. Nice view from the balcony & handy to have a shop opposite hotel. Thank you.

Room a bit on the smaller side (the size displayed on booking.com likely includes the bathroom, which given the jacuzzi, is almost larger than the room itself. Ok, exaggerating, but you get the idea). A bit difficult to park a car in the area.

Everything was lovely. Very clean. Staff were so friendly. Pool was great. Room was spacious and shower was excellent.

Beds were a bit hard but everything else made up for it.
