My stay at Time Hotel & SPA was absolutely excellent. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always professional. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety each morning. One of the best features was the view of the beautiful Rose Valley Park (Valea Trandafirilor) right next to the hotel it's filled with trees and creates a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to this, the air around the hotel was always fresh and clean. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Staff was amazing, manger Tatiana was very friendly and competent. When we asked to have the taxi, she booked it, sent instructions, checked that we were picked up from the airport, and received us at the hotel and on the way back same - called the taxi, helped with payment and assisted on checkout. We were upgraded to the very nice room on the upper floor with a stunning view over the park and lake. The only downside is the soundproof missing - you hear your neighbours as they share the room with you. In the night, it was kind of noisy. We booked the spa facilities, it was amazing starting with massage with Viorel (highly recommend), then we had a full sauna experience with the oak broom (10 points) and the steam and russian saunas, jaqousi and salt grotto. Breakfast was good, very large portions, delicious, but the offer at the restaurant is not flexible. You can not select what you want, but just 6 packages that can not be mixed together. I prefer having a smaller portion but a choice that i like. Water should also be offered on the table, and a tiny glass of juice was not sufficient.

A beautiful place to stay with a great location in one of the most attractive parks in Chisinau! I enjoyed staying in a clean and comfortable room with a view on a blooming acacia, in the beginning of May. The delicate perfume was making my stay even more pleasurable 😊! The staff is very kind and courteous. I got all the support needed – many thanks for that! My family came to visit, and we had a great time together, meeting in the spacious room I got (it had a round table and chairs) and at the hotel restaurant’s terrace. The hotel staff was very welcoming, which was great! The breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace with a park view, and the food was quite tasty. I remember being served a delicious tea – I’d say one of the best in the city. I shall definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there in future! I chose this hotel to be further away from the city centre, which is full of traffic and quite noisy. For those who need to reach the city centre, I would recommend using public transport (trolleybuses 4 or 22) or taxis.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Moldova, and I can confidently say it was the best experience I've had from top to bottom. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. As a thoughtful gesture, I was even offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. If you're visiting Moldova, I highly recommend this hotel. It was the highlight of my trip, and I will be returning on my next visit!

There’s absolutely nothing I didn’t like about the hotel itself. The only minor inconvenience was that some cab drivers occasionally confused it with the hotel right before it, but that’s just a small detail in an otherwise flawless experience.

One of the most beautiful locations in town, to wake up and be surrounded by green nature and be in the heart of the city at the same time. The lady at the reception was super kind, polite and helpful, the rooms are very nice, clean, spacious, modern ! Love everything about this hotel, it was my second stay and I will definitely come back to this place again and again!

The walls are a bit thin and we could hear at night the tv in the neighbors’ room

The location was great. You’re in the middle of a park, very close to several lakes, it’s beautiful and serene. But you also are close to pretty much everything else. There’s shops and restaurants nearby. The room was VERY clean, which was awesome. The staff, receptionists and manager were very polite, professional and friendly.

The sound isolation is not good. One night I had an issue with very loud neighbors but the reception and the manager did their best to provide me with a good night of sleep and took care of everything

Very nice location in the park, but quite away from historic old town. The room was comfortable with 42'C outside and without a/c for most of the day. Fancy restaurant with very good local wine.

Google Maps advise to walk through the closed bridge. It is not directly hotel fault but we suggest hotel management to contact Google. Dishes in the restaurant are very small. The staff speaks limited English, but management speaks very well.

breakfast was perfect, staff very friendly and very helpful at all times, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. restaurant was very chic and the food was very nice so overall 10/10
