Rooms are big enough, bathrooms have everything you need. Front Desk staff was amazing from the very beginning, even before my checkin. They went further and beyond to accommodate to my needs. The hotel in general is pristine clean and the pool is nice when weather is hot. Breakfast is great and the entertainment area has cool things. Housekeeping and restaurant staff are super kind too. Food availability 24/7.

Parking is an issue, if you come with a car to Guayaquil or you plan to rent one, don’t come to this hotel. The parking is far away, it will take too long to get your car from valet parking. If the hotel is full of guests, there won’t be parking spaces and they will send you to another parking to park your car for yourself. Most of the bell boys are fantastic, but some are not that nice. It’s a lottery to be helped depending on who’s on duty.

I loved everything about this property except the bed. The staff has been amazing, from Paul at the front desk and his staff, to Oliver and the restaurant staff, as well as the door staff. They have been most accommodating! The pool, Iguana and garden in the pool area are fantastic and the envy of everyone I have sent photo to. I will definitely be back! This is my hotel of choice when I stay in Guayaquil. Thank you to everyone for making my visit/stay an amazing one!

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with a back ache every morning.

I arrived at the hotel at 4am, super tired, the hotel arranged to pick me up even though my flight was delayed by 3 hrs. They were understanding and helpful about it, I loved that they contacted me to my personal number to keep up with the status of my flight and pick up arrangements. The room was spacious and comfortable bed and cleaned. The view of the garden with pool and a waterfall was a nice touch of the hotel. Friendly staff always showed me extra help. The location was so convenient and so close to restaurants, stores, tourist sites and malecon.

First, the driver whom picked me up was wearing dirty clothes and no name tag or any hotel name on him, so for a bit of time I was a bit nervous, we walked through the parking lot to get into his old car again I was skeptical. Second, I was not impressed by the quality of their breakfast, the ceviche was served in a shot glasses. Also, the guy that served the food gave me the impression of being stingy, there weren't many options for food.

The hotel is big so it takes some walking time to get to your room. The staff were friendly but forgot a lot. We had to pay for a late check-out. Later the receptionist called our room to tell us we had missed regular check out. Then he also asked us what time we were leaving, even though he just called us a taxi to take us to the airport an hour later... That was a bit annoying.

Didn’t try the amenities but in the past have and would recommend it. The meals there are fantastic including the room service. The only issue with the room was the air conditioning unit ceased so we had to move rooms. Much better afterwards. In same building you have a very nice restaurant for anyone, a lounge bar, and a bakery to die for.

Nicely decorated clean room with TV cable channels, excellent air conditioning, complimentary bottles of water, complimentary welcome cocktail drink in modern bar, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, daily complimentary full breakfast with various delicious food options, excellent restaurant for other meals next to beautiful garden and pool with overlooking balconies, interesting historical photographs of the city on room floor, very courteous pleasant staff; appreciated front desk phone call upon first entering room, security guards at hotel and restaurant entrance reassured safety as well as front desk arranging secure taxi service to airport upon checking out

Nothing could have been better.

I already left a review once with booking.com, right after my trip. Not up for doing this again. THe courtyard and options at breakfast were pluses. Proximity to the riverfront too.

Need to clean the filters in your air conditioning. Lots of mold spores, I sneezed constantly the whole time it was on. Lungs are finally recuperating. Especially sine the outside room are on busy streets. Not good.

Nice hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in at 12:30 which was amazing after arriving from a night bus. Breakfast was very nice and could rent paddles for the squash court.

Room was slightly dated, no smart TV and very basic channels. Don’t think pool is heated and it was quite overcast in Guayaquil so we didn’t end up using it. Aircon in room was a bit noisy but overall a nice stay.

The whole property was wonderful. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Best ever. We stayed here on our way back from the Galapagos and loved the pick up service at the airport.

We were on the fourth floor and above us on the 5th floor is a racket ball court. We heard the sound of play banging around until we finally phoned the front desk. It stopped at 10:30 pm. Therefore do not get a room on the 4th floor specifically the odd numbers 401 etc.

The room was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly to cool the room! The restaurant downstairs had a vegan option for dinner; which was lucky as all vegan restaurants close by were shut. The staff were very helpful. The next morning they gave me a packed vegan breakfast as I was flying early! The receptionists took great care in checking with the kitchen that the items I was given were vegan!!
