The room is spacious and clean. The mattress and pillows comfortable. Breakfast fine. Location good.

There’s no lift in part of the hotel, this I knew when I booked as it was written in the booking section, but I expected someone from the stuff to help us with the luggage considering that they gave us a room on the second floor and we had four large luggage to carry up, but the receptionist rudely told me that I knew that there’s no lift when I booked, so it’s my problem. It’s a shame that the receptionist was rude with us, because the hotel is fine.

The hotel is in a quiet location. There are some restaurants nearby, although not many, but it is great, if one doesn't want to drive. The hotel also has a restaurant but it was closed for holiday during my stay. There is free parking in the area, although it might get crowded in the high season. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was quite good, clean, modern looking and with enough space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but decent for a 3 star hotel. It is within 20 minutes of two lakes and it is a good starting point to explore the region.

The pillows are huge and quite thick, they were definitely not comfortable at all (for my needs at least)

The place was great! very nice atmosphere, staff and location. the room was clean, though not shiny as I like... Excellent breakfast and very nice view, the shower was one of the bests we ever had.. I want one just like it at home :)

The location is perfect for hiking, I'm inexperienced and managed to walk to both of the nearby lakes without trouble. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The WiFi is very good and the rooms are clean. The shower is delightful.

The staff very friendly and helpful spoke English well (Better than my German) The evening meal was very good and tasty and the hotel met all our needs for an overnight stop on the way to Austria. We did not venture into town as we arrived quite late so we can not comment really on the area too much.

Nothing really although there was no bar so you either drunk outside on the terrace or in the restaurant or foyer area but out was lovely.

Super friendly staff, and they spoke very good English. The hotel rooms are fabulous, and the feel of the hotel is very warm. The breakfast was great. There is also a nice carport for parking motorbikes and plenty of parking spaces for cars. It's just a great option in my opinion.

The pillow was a bit high for me.

Clean, recently refurbished rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Location was disappointing - it's in the middle of a residential area with zero views from the room and not much to see or do / eat in proximity. Bathroom shower has no door so after every shower you have to wipe the floor or get wet feet.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent—we had rum steak and venison. The packing area was well-organized, and the shower pressure was perfect.

There weren't enough charging stations for electric cars.

It was possible for late checkin. The best part is, there is EV charging available at the property for a reasonable price. The room was as expected. We do not see a lift. Breakfast was good and the location is very good.

Location, having a balcony and such a lovely quiet location. The dinner and breakfast were good.

The carpets and curtains could do with replacing as there was a stale smell in the bedroom but the shower room was lovely and fresh.
