Excellent location within walking distance of Zion. Large, comfy & clean room with free bottled water. We loved the location and the ease of getting into the park. We could just leave our car at the hotel and walk in, then take the free bus service around the park (you aren't allowed to drive around in the summer). We went food shopping at Sol's and we had delicious dinners at Whiptail Grills and at Zion Pizza and Noodle Co. in town. The hotel offers you a free shuttle into town and a free pick-up, which is amazing and avoids having to fight for parking at local restaurants.

Don't eat on property (at Anthera). The service is beyond slow and the food, while quite good, is overpriced. Don't pay extra for a balcony view. All rooms have a balcony with a view and most include other hotel rooms as well as the lovely mountains/cliffs/buttes of Zion. The nicest views seem to be from rooms in the back of the property.

Perfect location looking at the Watchman out of our hotel window. We could walk to the park shuttle stop & visitor center making our early morning departure for hikes super convenient. SPA treatments are a great addition to your stay.

Our room #118 was louder than most bc there was a staff room above us and we could hear stomping up there all hours of day & night. Do not count on hotel’s restaurant for breakfast: they become quickly overwhelmed with as little as 12 guests to serve at once and if you are in a hurry, you’ll wait 30 to 45 minutes for something as simple as scrambled eggs. As a matter of fact I woke every morning at 6am when the morning staff probably clocked in. Also, the self service laundry facilities comprise of only ONE working washer and the dryer wasn’t working at all so we had to dry stuff on our balcony.

We spent three wonderful days at Cliffrose in July (two adults and a teenager). It was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Located almost directly next to the Zion Park Visitor's Center and park's entrance. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was well-appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Complimentary bottled water was available, which was very convenient when hiking in the park. Breakfast and lunch, available from the a la carte menu at the hotel restaurant, Anthara, were delicious and, above all, of very high quality and made with fresh ingredients. Few hotels offer such good and healthy meals. After our hikes, we relaxed by one of the two hotel pools and in the evenings in the hot tub. The views from the hotel are spectacular; the majestic mountains and the Virgin River flowing through the hotel's backyard give the place an incredible atmosphere. Mule deer and squirrels scamper across the lawn, and hummingbirds appear in the trees. As Europeans, this was an additional wonderful experience for us. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who likes the luxury of immersing themselves in nature and relaxing in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cliffrose in Springdale! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Zion National Park entrance making it incredibly convenient for early hikes and quick returns after a long day on the trails. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with flowering gardens, shade trees, and a peaceful river running through the property. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a private patio that made it easy to unwind and take in the views. The staff was warm and helpful, and everything about the property felt well cared for. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and proximity to adventure - we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The price for our two-night stay at Cliffrose was a little on the higher side, but it felt justified by the overall experience. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast that was included each morning, it was a great way to start the day. The location near the creek was beautiful and peaceful, and being just minutes from the Zion entrance made everything incredibly convenient.

the hotel location is 2 minuets walk from the entrance to the park. the breakfast is unbelievable. the restaurant serves the breakfast and everything from the menu is possible. then they charge the hotel for the dish price. you are only responsible for the tip. the dishes are great, you just need to reserve a table in advance since the restaurant is full most of the time. the hotel has a great heated pool and Jacuzzi. the views of the river and the cliffs from the rooms is great. the room we got was perfect for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fully equipped.

the driers in the laundry room did not work well.

Fantastic hotel. Our room was superb. Location is awesome. Easy access to buses (which you need to get into park) and some walks/hikes from the door. Great spa, outdoor pool too though didn't try, oh and some real live deer wandering the grounds and nabbing your breakfast from the table on the terrace. You spend weeks traveling to see wildlife and here it is! I would hazard a guess, from our research and then experience, this is the best place in Springdale. I've been to all the major iconic parks in US (GC, Yosemite, Bryce, Yellowstone, Monument Valley, ...) and Zion is just absolutely stunning if you put your boots on and it's right up there. So if it's your first time don't even hesitate. Blame me of course if it doesn't come through.

Really, could hardly fault this place. Restaurant perhaps could up its game on food choice and maybe service. Fine dining prices but not fine real dining experience. But you're out on the terrace watching the moon rise over the mountains, come on, who's really complaining. Ate there every night anyway, so there you go!

Great location, walking distance to the entrance of Zion. Great hot tub with a clean pool. Rooms r spacious and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of mountains and very well kept property. We say a lot of birds, and deer came right next to our room to eat flours. Butterflies and hummingbirds everywhere! Beds and linens were comfy and clean. TV in room was great! They even had out door grills. Restaurant food was pretty good too, we ate dinner there first night.

Parking is very tight and hard to find especially in the evening. I wish they would designate special parking spots instead of “go find empty one”

Another incredible stay at the riverfront CliffRose Lodge:) Bright my annual women’s Zion yoga retreat to the CliffRose for a June stay and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and beautiful stay and locale for our retreat. I’ve been coming since the 1980s and coming to the CliffRose is like coming home:)

The location was lovely our room noisy.

When we booked in the were told it was a room only basis … no mention on continental breakfast or where it would be, we have 9 places booked on this part of our holiday your hotel was almost double price to all others, you were recommended by friends who were with you back in June. We had to go and buy breakfast provisions and on top of the hotel costs we find checking our booking that this need not have been the case - had your staff mentioned this as we booked in, we would have given a better review. On Monday morning there was a huge lorry parked next to our room engine running, for a good half hour, you could feel the vibrations. Our room was very noisy.

Beautiful scenery from every outside aspect. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. The free parking and hot tub were highlights. The Zion shuttle was in easy walking proximity.

There was a mix up when we checked in and we ended up entering a room that had someone already staying in it. They then had to move our room to a ‘basement BnB’.
