Liked how affordable it was for a family. I liked the pools and the lake was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. And the mini golf was included. We didn’t have to spend extra money everything was there. You could on arcades or on paddle boats on the lake but you still have fun without that. Family of 8 and a lot of them couldn’t afford to spend extra money so nice to have entertainment included for what sometimes a regular hotel or air bnb cost. The condos were very clean and spacious. Able to cook meals in condo. Felt like home.

That everything wasn’t together. Had to drive across street to find rec center and drive to find lake.

Location was great. The condo was beautiful inside, extremely clean, and nicely updated. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. I loved that they had coffee supplies and provided a packet of laundry soap to wash laundry. I love when resorts or hotels communicate with you via text. That's so convenient and you can just text if you need anything. Love that feature.

There was no bottom fitted sheet provided in the bag with the sheet set for the pull out couch. There was a mattress pad that was fitted and a top sheet, blanket, and pillow cases, but no bottom sheet.

Fairway Forest offers super clean, beautifully remodeled apartments. Access to the private lake and pool with other amenities is a huge plus.

It would be helpful to have grills somewhere on the property, like featured at the Fox Hunt townhouses where we stayed the other year. We were charged resort fees twice, by Booking.com and at the check in, but the issue was corrected after calling. The bathroom door from bedroom was hanged somewhat funny.

Very comfortable clean, had everything we needed. Amenities even though little drive from property were great, lots of things to do for kids

My only complaint is that we couldn’t use balcony, I was really looking forward to enjoy wonderful mountain weather. Hopefully they will repair them soon, for guests being able to use them again.

The condo was very comfortable. Sort of dated in decor/furniture but well maintained. We enjoyed all of the amenities and couldn’t think of a single complaint. We look forward to booking another stay soon.

I didn’t love that the primary bedroom was downstairs while our kids room (2 twin beds) was upstairs on the main level with the living room and kitchen. But, our kids were fine and all beds were comfortable. Just a preference there.

I didn’t ear at the bar/restaurant since it seemed to never be open when I was hungry. To me, the resort fee is excessive since I made day trips out of the area and didn’t use any of the services. Seems like just another way to pad the rate. I’ve avoided them in the past at other locations. May avoid the resort in the future because of them. Thank you.

Very noisy children checked in next door at 11:15 pm. The locked door between the units wasn’t sufficient. I did ask them to please be quiet their first night.

Clean facilities and staff was very informative and helpful.location is perfect. Lots of amenities and it was our time time in that location and was very Impressed.

Not far from local Events and the Golf Course around the facility is Beautiful and well managed on the Grounds keeper’s part.

Location in proximity to Highland was good. That was the ;ocation of the event we attended.

Detour through another property was long and difficult with a truck and towing a trailer.

Quiet resort. Very clean & comfortable

We were unable to locate the pool & other recreational facilities. We really didn’t stay on the resort much. We spent most of our time exploring the area.

very beautiful, newly renovated! extremely spacious and clean! perfect for our anniversary romantic weekend! fully stocked with cookware. kitchen with stove, microwave, a fridge that makes ice in freezer, washer and dryer (whirlpool) cleans clothes very well! everything you need on your mountain getaway. close to beautiful hikes and amazing restaurants. Micas restaurant is right down the road and it was amazing. The staff was very responsive and willing to make our stay comfortable at our convenience.

everything was wonderful. we didn’t have any spoons or silverware but we got some from the building where the pool and hot tub was located.
