We got upgraded to a suite which was very spacious

We had ant infestation in the room and the staff was quite dismissive. I found the reception staff less than helpful and quite rude in some cases.

Loved proximity to beach & town, was exceptionally clean & all staff were outstanding so friendly & helpful a real family vibe, not one area lacking, pool was cool but think this was as we hit end of season, that was the only criticism but didn’t spoil our stay

There wasn’t anything to dislike

- Wonderfully placed overlooking a small bay - the possibiliity to lay down at the pool looking at the sea and having the option to just walk down to take a dip in the sea - rooms have a good size, same for the bathrooms - it is an older building but seems like they renovate enough to keep a fresh touch - the staff is good and friendly - the lunch restaurant at the bigger pool is very good. friendly staff and tasty food. - Activities like yoga, meditation / breathwork - there is always free options when it comes to sunbeds, no need for morning rush or reservation

- to pay extra money to use the safe?! wtf - extra money for towels each day - the evening buffets quality is mid and if you go late, sometimes stuff is already gone - the gym is a joke for everyone that does weightlifting. the only machine is a chest press machine and max dumbel is 14kg

Location and food are great as always. Hotel is so close to the beach & there were always sun lounges at the 2 pools. Staff are very attentive & friendly. Garden is immaculately maintained. Wifi is free and works perfectly. We rented a car this time, and there was enough free parking on the street before the hotel. Portinatx is such a relaxing place!

The beds are two singles pushed together, which can be annoying. The aircon works, although it's a bit dated. I love this hotel, but I feel they could keep up with the maintenance of the rooms a bit more. Walls, mirrors, bedhead starting to look a bit shabby.

Staff, cleanliness, location overlooking beach, plenty of sunbeds

When we checked in our twin room was a double and the a/c was not working. We were advised they don’t have twin rooms at the hotel at all, then advised there were none available then they found one so sadly not a great start on arrival.

We had a fantastic stay! 🌟 Although the weather didn’t always cooperate, everything else exceeded our expectations. • Food: Breakfast and dinner were both outstanding—fresh, varied, and delicious every single day. • Service: A special shout-out to the night reception team for letting us hit the gym at 06:00. That extra flexibility made it easy to stick to our fitness routine and meant a lot to us. All in all, a wonderful experience that we’d happily repeat. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

One April morning 2025 we found the bay covered with dozens of thin, transparent plastic flakes—rounded, perforated and coated with oil, most likely fragments from modern polypropylene filter cartridges or strainers used on yachts. Because of the debris we couldn’t swim that day. Perhaps closer coordination with the harbour authority or a rapid-cleanup protocol could help prevent future incidents.

The location is great, just a short walk from the sea, in a quiet and pleasant area. The sea is clean, and the dinner and breakfast were very good, with a wide selection and quality products. The staff were always very kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, on the first evening we arrived around 11 PM and dinner was already over. As an alternative, we were given a sandwich (made with toast bread, a slice of ham and cheese), some crackers, slightly stale and soft biscuits, and some fruit, a few pieces of which were overripe. After a long journey, we had expected something a bit more thoughtful, so we were somewhat disappointed.

Very friendly staff, very clean, great rooms and lovely location. Breakfast is served in two locations by the pool (smaller selection but you can take food from main restaurant) or main restaurant which has a great selection - both were great. We chose half board as it was great value. Did not expect to use it much but the selection was great. They even cook some of the meat or fish to order. Lots of sunbeds no issues with availability. Nice to have different areas overlooking beach, near the back pool or on the grass which offered a cool shade under trees. A few lovely restaurants and local bars in Portinatx which is not big but lovely. The lunch menu by the pool is great the salads are delicious and excellent price

Coffee machines are slow!

The location overlooks the pretty beach with it’s turquoise sea. The sun loungers overlooking the beach, next to the infinity pool, was a lovely way to relax with a book. The delicious smoothies and reasonably priced cocktails. The steam room and sauna were a blessing on the two rainy days we had. The staff were pleasant, including the cleaning ladies. The grounds were very well maintained, and I liked the overall design of the hotel better than the Sixth Sense hotel around the corner.

It would have been nice to have a breakfast included in the price. It was rather costly on top of the room. I had to wait until after 9.00 for shops to open to buy croissants and iced coffee. I asked for a twin room, and my daughter and I were given a double bed. Luckily, it was a decent size, so I didn't bother mentioning it.

10/10 our stay was unique and we loved it from the minute we checked in. Everyone in the hotel was super helpful and always positive with a smile. Food quality and presentation was amazing. Hotel facilities clean and with great ambiance. We are only regretting we didn't get enough time to visit spa but we will definitely do it once we will return to the hotel, cause we definitely will! muchas gracias! I would also like to recognize amazing people working in this hotel, unfortunately I don't have all names as simply I don't remember them all but I would definitely remember girl working in food and beverage outlet Carol, she was always smiley and super positive she is a credit to your hotel!
