The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The staff member we dealt with was really helpful. The swimming pool and areas around it are great. Really enjoyed having such a nice pool during the hot days.

The dining area inside the apartment is very small even for 2 people, but we managed ok with it.

* 5 STAR all the way !!..... just SO CLEAN & Lovely, wish all accommodation was like The Heritage - will certainly be back - short walk to the Main Street & easy all round - great to have a pool for the hot days.

The best motel I have ever stayed in. The whole complex was very well looked after from the gardens to the room to the bathroom. While the building might have been built in the '80's (estimate), the way the property is looked after is incredible. Really comfortable. The facilities in the room were immaculate. I have to confess the biscuits were a real treat!

The room had just been renovated so was immaculate. We had the family room which had separate bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen area. Worked really well for our family of 4. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The shower. Need to replace the shower head, it sprayed water everywhere and there was only enough hot water for 1 shower.

Cleanliness. Straight forward entry and exit process was appreciated.

Staying there was like being transported back to the 70's..The place could really use some updates.

Very clean and well kept, the outdoor entertaining area and pool were great!

Rooms are a little dated, older TVs without modern streaming applications and slow wifi (2 Mbps).

Great value, with all the necessities needed. Self check in and out was very easy.

One of the bedside tables was very dusty under neath the alarm clock.

everything….much thought and effort had been undertaken in renovating this motel. Room was really spacious and comfortable and provided everything we could want. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay
