This is not our first stay at Tuileries because it is excellent. Staff are friendly and available, if you need them. In particular, Bernie at breakfast deserves a callout for her dedication and helpfulness. The breakfast itself is also very good and a good value: fresh juices, yogurt/fruit compote that is homemade, and gluten-free options that are safe for celiac. (Even my wife prefers the GF banana bread because they make it in house.) We never miss breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Patios are a nice place to sit and look out at the vineyard. The room table is large enough to be useful. TV's a large and easy to watch. The location is good for visiting wineries and walks. Town is a bit of a walk or a short drive.
I have to work to find something for this. Tuileries is really a very nice place, It can be hard to get the room down to a cooler temperature. Bathroom tends to stay very warm.

Great resort in the heart of Rutherglen. Very spacious room with a large bed. Our room had a view of the vineyard which was great. We sat on the patio outside the room each night enjoying a glass wine and watching the world go by - very relaxing. The restaurant on site was good value and had lovely meals and of course excellent wine selection - especially the port. The staff were very friendly and provided us with some great tips on what to do and where to go in the area. We also had a wine tasting session in the cellar door which was great - came away with a few bottles to take home. We also loved the on site pool which was great on a hot day.
Nothing, we loved everything about this resort. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Rutherglen and would recommned to anyone.

From our first contact with staff after booking and for the duration of our stay, staff were exceptional. Everyone we encountered from the front desk, breakfast room and cellar door welcomed us warmly like family yet were ultra professional with service. Everyone was also extremely hospitable and generous with sharing recommendations and local knowledge (thank you Kelsie for all your amazing recommendations!). The location offers the best of both worlds - a stay amongst the vineyards, yet 5 minutes walk to the centre of town.
Room cleaning fell a teeny bit short with attention to detail in both our rooms but in the scheme of things this was minor.

The room was lovely with everything you’d want , comfy bed , good shower & water pressure, also had bath with a bath bomb that was provided Beautiful outlook, also had a refreshing swim in their pool, pool towels provided as well . But the food was the highlight . The evening meal was outstanding.also the staff were lovely. And our breakfast which was included in our stay was delicious. Bernie who cares for you was so helpful & she explained everything to us ,made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend anyone to stay at this marvelous accommodation , we always make it a destination for a break on our way to Melbourne .
Nothing to say on any negatives

The property is lovely & quiet yet within walking distance to the cafe's, bars & restaurants of Rutherglen (generally the wineries are out of town). The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was very spacious, clean & comfortable. I can recommend the Victoria Hotel for a meal and James & Co (cellar Door) in the main street for a fun wine tasting experience! We enjoyed a delicious 3 course lunch with matched wines at Jones Winery on Sunday when we arrived as part of the "Dark Side of Wine" festival (it was walking distance from our accommodation). Make sure you visit the Rutherglen Visitor Information Centre - it has friendly, informative staff and a great range of local products.

Beautiful place to stay, the winery is just lovely, the town of Rutherglen is a very cute little town with much to see. The beds were comfy, the room very warm and inviting. The staff particularly Lachlan at the restaurant and wine bar provided exceptional service. Would 100%return.
The only slight downside was the hot water in the room was a little less hot than I would like and particularly if you want a bath, the water didn't get above warm.

We had quite a long leg of driving between Melbourne and Canberra and were looking for a place to break this in two halves. We found this hotel/winery, which was exactly what we were looking for: a winery with tasting, a very good restaurant and a hotel. The rooms are big, almost apartment sized, with a big bathroom and a terrace overlooking the vines. No worries about storage space here and of course there's a well-stocked fridge (stocked with wine of course ;) ). The town is in walking distance, and a wine tasting is included in the room, which we of course did. No worries about parking either, there's plenty and it's free.
Nothing negative to say, other than we'd have liked to stay another night ;)

Great size rooms and close to town. Renovated bathroom with great shower and plenty of space
Breakfast was very basic and probably not worth the $$$ for two slices of toast. Also unfortunately (not the accomm's fault) families let their kids roam unsupervised in the breakfast like it was a children's playground - which did detract from our experience of an, 'adult' weekend. Perhaps some more guidance to supervise kids might be good.Great stay and would definetely stay again.

It’s so clean inside and fresh, rooms have huge sliding doors so you can open out onto a patio and sit with a view of the vineyard. Options or arrival to have a snack or wine waiting for you. Exceptional work by staff to greet, update on late hours arrangements to pick up keys, friendly restaurant staff and behind the scenes the cleaners are doing a perfect job making the place fresh and inviting

We loved our room, so spacious and comfortable, with complimentary bottle of Prosecco and cheese platter. Theses were greatly appreciated. The view from our room overlooked the vineyard and beautifully maintained garden, with an outdoor setting for personal use to enjoy it even more. The pool was close and stocked with fresh towels. Happy hour was good value and the complimentary wine tasting was excellent.
