Breakfast was good Location was within walking distance and close to where we needed to go

Room lighting was too dim, needed to bring in 2 extra lamps Room initially smells humid, but was ok after dehumidifier was brought into the room

Good customer service at the front desk, good clean bedroom, bathroom, clean kitchen, and very good and helpful people at the breakfast.

If you have conference or businnes in the TaiNex center is great. Otherwise it is far from the center. But connection by metro is very convenient. The hotel is small and cozy, very clean, with confortable beds and a great breakfast full of delicious Asian food.

If you are a smoker you can only smoke in the terrace and when it rains you have no place to hide. Also the WiFi there didn't work

Windowless room is perfect for quiet nights - unlike many other hotels in the city. Great breakfast buffet. Warm showers, even comes with a bathtub! Very clean rooms - no cigarette smell on the 3rd floor. Handy luggage weighing scale at the lobby. Friendly staff. Wonderful 3 night stay! Highly recommended.

Would suggest hotel to have option to allow sheets/towels to not be washed every day for sustainability. Maybe a card? Or something in the room, so that guests can indicate that no need sheets/laundry needed everyday? We can all do a part :)

Great location for visiting Academia Sinica (bikeable distance but not so secluded as Academia, close to metro).

Wifi could be a bit better, but it was good enough for telco meetings.

The location is perfect going to places. The staff is nice. Daily house keeping is good.

for exhibition center and shopping this is the perfect hotel. u will get 24/7 coffee and tea in reception area. very near to metro.

Closed to the MRT station and there is a big shopping mall nearby. The room is quite spacious.

Gym centre is a bit small
