The location is perfect, close to everything. The pool is amazing. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. The place has a white lotus feel. Especially thank you to Tony & My for helping us organise day trips with a wonderful local. To Sophia and Phong for amazing restaurant and pool bar service. All staff were exceptional. Nothing was to hard and they seemed so genuinely happy that you are there. Also worth noting the breakfast is delicious and so is the restaurant food, which you can enjoy at the pool swim at bar.

We Are returning guest. Stayed here also 6 years ago. The hotel has the most wonderful thai service from the staff. The hotel could use a little make over. It is getting a bit worn out. We stayed for 7 nights in a suite with sea wiev. Very Nice and spacy bud the ved was really hard!! The most dissapointing was all the garbage and plastic in the sea. It was absolutelig horrible. I tok away all my craving for seafood and also for swimming in the sea. The hotel has an amasing eternety pool with is Nice and clean. Overall er enjoyed our stay and We still find the staff amazing and We love the service there. Will We go back to pq Island? No i do not think so not before that clean the ocean and the Island for garbage.

Our four-night family stay at Dusit Princess was fantastic! The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home, especially Guest Relationship Manager, Ms. My whose company and warm smile we miss the most after coming back, along with Mr. Truong James, the bartender, who served us some kickass cocktails. We loved the hotel’s private beach, perfect for a quiet escape for my toddler and wife. Our spacious room was clean and offered stunning pool view. The amenities, including the pool, beachfront restaurants and play room, were excellent. Highly recommended for a luxurious family beach getaway!

Vegetarian food options, especially in the breakfast buffet.

Excellent location, with the best sunset views! The property was exception and all the staff who work there were nothing short of the best I’ve come across. They really made our stay very memorable. It felt like you were in a small boutique hotel and all the staff made it feel like you never want to leave. The food was really good too. The Thai restaurant was very authentic and the best part was sitting on a really good stretch of beach which was not a big drop unlike the other hotels along the same stretch, sipping cocktails during their happy hour and watching the sun go down. The massages are the best and advisable to prebook if you can as one will definitely not be enough! The location was really good too. Easy to get taxis to the night market.

Nothing at all

Great hotel right on the beach. Spacious and modern rooms, supersilent and good aircon. Wifi was strong everywhere, even on the beach. Ideal for us for remote work. Plenty of beach and pool chairs. Gym was small but basically had everything you needed. Staff are helpful and nice, even bring your drinks to you if needed. Exceptional breakfast with fresh egg and soup stations. Would stay here again!

Some suggestions but no deal breakers at all. Gym: a movable and adjustable incline bench would be a great addition. Music: musicians/singers in the evenings aren't great. Food: some food was good (fried spring rolls, some of the Thai dishes), some was just meh. Lunch buffet on the grass: I would have had that every day but was only available some days.

Location right on the ocean was excellent, and it’s close to local restaurants and attractions and beaches. The staff were exceptional, with special kudos to Nancy who helped resolve our Airline issues. Phong, Chen, and Nga who provided excellent service and attention during our stay. The spa services were also very good especially the massages. Beds were comfy and the sheets were lovely and most rooms look like they have a view of the ocean. The pool was huge with an area for younger children and adults and a pool bar and a daily happy hour. Would not think twice about returning

We loved it here!!! The staff were so warm, friendly and generous. They collected us and dropped us to and from the airport and when we arrived with a welcome drink, they took our cases and made us feel so welcome. They put a huge effort into making it a special experience for the guests including daily events, happy hours, they put up Christmas lights, trees and reindeers and a gingerbread house! The swimming pool, rooms and facilities are clean, well maintained and looked after. It's right on the beach and is a great place to relax, unwind and spend days by the pool and sea. The breakfast is full of delicious food with a big buffet. MY is the Guest Relations Manager and she came to visit us every morning at breakfast to ask us what we'd like to do and help us with making plans, she was so caring and thoughtful, we will miss her! Beautiful welcoming staff. It's also really well positioned, only 20 minutes from the airport and a good location for being near restaurants, bars (a chocolate shop that leads to a speakeasy through a secret door) and massage places!!

staff are very nice. Restaurant food is delicious. Pool is clean. Beach is in front of the hotel. Spa is beautiful and quality is good. Complimentary pick-up service.

Excellent hotel. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff couldn't do enough for you, honestly, a top hotel. I would certainly recommend it to anyone 👌

There is nothing to dislike

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose this hotel based on friends' recommendations. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel! Our room was a suite at the end of the building, adjacent to the beach and therefore probably had the best view of any room. Our room was phenomenal, spacious, clean, and modern. The overall hotel facilities were great. Service was fantastic, as was the food. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurants' prices, which reflected great values. The Guest Relations Officer, Ms. My, checked with us whenever she saw us in a public area and she even answered calls on her day off. She was very helpful in planning our itinerary and making the arrangements for us. Other hotel executives also checked in on us EVERY day. Mr. Kim (Regional Operations executive), Mr. Ben (F&B Manager), and Mr. Hieu (restaurant manager) all were extremely helpful and asked for our suggestions every day! We felt as if we were the most special VIP guests. We'll definitely be back soon!
