Room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and had an amazing view. lovely coffee shop just across the road. Staff were lovely. Definitely recommend staying here

I tried booking a 30minute massage that was listed on the spa menu in my room. To which I was told that it the menu in my room was old treatments with some no longer available and there is a new menu which is put up at reception. Although the new prices were cheaper, i ended up paying more as i had to pay for one hour rather than 30mins. My advice is just that the hotel make sure the information booklets and spa menus they put in the rooms are up to date to avoid confusion and disappointment. Other than this my massage was nice and the staff were very apologetic.

Thank you to the team at Central Hotel & Spa Danang for going above and beyond to make sure I had a room that was quiet and peaceful. I really appreciate it. This is an affordable little hotel, conveniently located in downtown Danang a short walk from the river, with a rooftop pool that has wonderful views of the city. The room was lovely and quiet at night, which was important to me. They recommended a room at the back of the hotel, and it was very peaceful there, so if you're keen for peace and quiet then my tip is to ask them for a room at the back, away from the main street. A good hotel to stop at for a few restful days before continuing your journey.

The stay itself was fine. Room was nice, the pool was clean with a great view.

Definitely don’t recommend their laundry service. They lost some of our socks and underwear. The laundry was supposed to be delivered in the morning, the time of delivery was moved 3 times. Each time we had to go all the way to the reception to find out it’s not delivered yet. It came like 5 minutes before check out, so we had to pack in a rush as well because we had plane to catch.

Awesome staff and great location. The manager at the hotel was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet, yet it was still walking distance to everything I wanted to see in Da Nang. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

We had a great stay at central hotel & spa. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary facilities at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was also tasty and satisfying. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Da Nang

Staff were friendly and very helpful, they organised my transport back to Ho Chi Minh with free driver to the station for me and let me have late check out. The room was all l needed was clean and tidy with big bed, fridge and flat screen tv and great little pool on the roof with fantastic views of the city. Location was good.

The stay was not long but I highly appreciated this place. Staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. I didn't think a hotel in the city center would be so cheap, it was surprising. The room has quite airy windows. On the rooftop there is a swimming pool where you can swim in the morning and enjoy the city view. Perfect 👍

value for money was phenomenal and delivers more than expected in their class and money charged. pool on the roof was beautiful and a great place to relax (or work). whilst Breakfast was basic it was enough, and way more than what we paid for the room. we also rented a motorbike through the hotel and they were the most efficient ever !

The room was optimally spacious. The facilities were great. The pool on the roof was a nice upgrade. The staff were super helpful.

The room smelled weird. Sort of like old furniture. Opening the window and/or having AC on mitigated that smell, but still it was unexpected. The breakfast was simply ok, but nothing special.
