amazing staff, so attentive and welcoming, allowed us to have a ball in the pool and play our music, they also ordered us drink and delivered it to us and arranged our washing and motorbikes. the property is very well maintained with lovely big, clean and modern rooms. the pool is lovely and well needed in the hot weather. best hotel we have stayed at in south east Asia. would recommend to anyone.

Amazing place just down a road off the busy street , the owners and staff couldn't be nicer they went out of their way to make our stay perfect, We loved it so much we booked an extra week with them!! I could highly recommend you stay here , breakfast is amazing from their local food to western food very very good , pool was amazing 10 out of 10 , The room was so clean and we has 2 balconies one at back and one at front xxx thank you for making our stay perfect Ali x del We highly recommend anyone to stay here it will make your trip ❤️ we will miss you xxxx

I like my spacious room. Clean but basic. It has what you will usually need. Anyhow Tri is always helpful if you need something. I wish the toilet has a shower curtain to keep the place drier. The back balcony has view of the Buddhist temple which i enjoyed, and the front balcony overlooks the road and sunset view was a bonus. It's a quiet place to stay. They have a small garden which i like. I am on the 3rd floor so I needed help for my luggage, mind you there is no lift. You can walk to old town but I always needed a ride max 30k.on motor bike. Would I stay again? Yes for the price and safety and on the same room only 😃.

I recently stayed at this awesome hotel and had to tell you all about it! The room was super clean and you could tell it was really thought through. It had everything we needed and more. Plus, the atmosphere was so relaxed - it was the perfect escape from all the hustle and bustle of the city. And the best part? It's located on a quiet street so we didn't have to deal with any noise. The staff were amazing too - they were all so nice and chill. We got there a bit too early and wanted to drop off our luggage before the room was ready. But instead of turning us away, they actually apologized for not having the room ready yet (even though we didn't expect it to be) and even offered us an upgrade! Can you believe it? We felt so welcomed and taken care of. All in all, if you're looking for a chill, relaxing hotel with great service and a clean, well-equipped room, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it!

The room was great it had a nice patio to sit and relax but it’s a shared patio so anyone can go up there too (no one did). The street seems new so they are starting to built stuff around. The old town is a 15-20 min walk relatively close. Pool was very clean.

Upon payment they said it was cash only and I told them the website says you accept card he said the machines doesn’t work. After back and forth he tried with the machine and it worked. Not sure what that was about so just be aware.

A low story hotel on a quiet street. There are not too many rooms, so it has a very relaxed feel. There is a pool at the front of the hotel & sun loungers to relax. My room was very spacious & the bed comfortable. The bathroom & shower was a good size too. The room was nice & bright with large windows. The room also has a balcony, which overlooks a (Paddy Field & large temple) This was such a added bonus, as this was so serene. Watching people tending to their crops & listening to prayers from the temple. My room was very clean. The hosts were very helpful & friendly. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, but because I enjoyed the hotel & the nearby area, I booked a extra night. I would highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again. It is close to the Old town. It is a 12 minute walk.

The staff were eager to help. We asked if one of the bikes had a child seat, but unfortunately no. The next day they went and bought one, specifically for us! Really kind! The rooms were big and reasonably comfortable.

When we had the room on the ground floor, we came back in the afternoon and found the door to be unlocked and open for anyone to come in. The owner said the housekeeper forgot to close it. As if that was all just fine, and he couldn't imagine why that would upset us! We were later moved to a room upstairs, which closes with a key card automatically so it was no longer an issue

Everything was perfect! I can’t praise the staff enough, they were so friendly and accommodating. They organised a taxi from the airport and our flight was delayed by several hours and there was no problems. They upgraded our rooms so we could be on the same floor as our friends. They organised bike rental for us. We were also able to use the pedal bikes the hotel had free of charge. The breakfast every morning was 10/10. I really couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms were beautiful, big and always spotlessly clean.

Absolutely nothing!!

We had a lovely stay at Zen Hoian. We clean and spacious room. The staff were helpful and attentive. We had a delicious breakfast each morning. It was my fiends birthday and they had a lovely sign up for her and flowers. Only a 10 minute walk to the fabulous pole town. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Room was nice and spacious and we received daily housekeeping. The bathroom and shower were nice although there was one evening we couldn’t get hot water. The rest of the time we had hot showers though. The host was lovely although a bit difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. The location is about a 20 minute walk from Old Town but we came to enjoy the walk. Grab car is also easily available if needed!
