flexible with late arrival

There was a mix up. I used Booking.com to book my reservation. When I got a final confirmation from you it showed 1 room. it should have been 2. I called you and you said to call the 3rd party who booked my reservation. After checking they said I booked correctly and they would call you and get it corrected. All was fixed!

Location was convenient for our event nearby. Nice pool. The Rock restaurant across the road was the only option, but food was good. Enough options available for the complimentary breakfast. Quiet considering so close to the airport. All staff we encountered were pleasant. Ample free parking.

More towels available in the pool area. Windows in common areas could use some cleaning. Could use an extra hook near the shower door for towels as it was a bit of a reach to the counters from there. No luggage rack and kind of awkward to find place to set up 2 suitcases but it was manageable.

With one exception, the staff at the Sioux Falls, SD facility are exceptional!!! Bonnie sets an outstanding breakfast buffet and has the best attitude of welcome!

The gentleman who checked us in was abrupt, never made eye contact and gave the impression that we were an imposition. Perhaps he was having a very bad day or perhaps he is in the wrong line of work. In any case, he does not give a positive first impression to an otherwise top notch facility!

The price wasnt what i was quoted through Priceline, but i didnt have my confirmation with me so i paid what was given to me. Other than that I will definitely stay there again.

It was a ten out of ten.

I like to pay cash for as many things as possible. This created a small issue when I checked in. There are many of us who like to use cash and we should feel welcome.

Clean, modern, location

I wish the pool area was larger and there were more amenities within the pool hot tub area

The property and room were very clean. although nothing was open because of the holiday there were a few things to do close by.

Construction of the building itself was not high quality. you can really here the room above you walking. sounds like thunder. get the third floor.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Probably the best night of sleep I've had in a long time. The staff was very friendly as well.

Very clean! Front desk group was friendly and check in was easy.
