i like the location as it is near my go-to bus coach to singapore.

Room 0815 Lighting in the toilet (above the mirror) is flickering intermittently. - The fan duct in the toilet looks like falling apart on one side. - The black Sofa have a few light stains. - The fridge behind have one black thing which i dunno what is it and i dont really bother but to shift the mini fridge to the side. - Wifi signal is weak. Overall, my stay is good. I'm here for a short stay but as an ex-hotelier myself, i prefer my rooms to be in tip top condition before i pass the key to my guests to stay comfortably. Anyway, just that the room need to do some deep cleaning and maintenance.

I decided to book a stay here, mostly due to the Hotel’s strategic location that’s only walking distance to Subang Jaya & SS15 LRT Station, with Subang Parade just across the road, despite some unfavorable reviews that I read. To my surprise, the room was very cozy and all around comfortable and I was truly impressed by the warmth, hospitality, and attentiveness of the hotel staff, which made my experience that much better. I went down to the breakfast buffet and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed the spread and variety that it offered. I was surprised when a Hotel Staff mentioned that I could get special discounts from various outlets in NU Empire, which is connected to the hotel. I even got a 20% discount for my haircut at a very nice salon in the mall. Overall, I can say it was a very pleasant and comfortable staycation 👍🏼

All is good we had a really good stay there. The check in and check out process was fast. Might stay there next time for a staycation with my friends. Tips for those who are planning to stay here - if you drive and park at the hotel parking, please bring your tng card together with you. And then when going out or check out, just go to the counter at the lobby and give them your tng so that you get the flat rate per day (RM5). If you didnt do that your parking will be charged as a normal hotel/mall parking.

Had initially hesitated to stay due to past reviews but decided to give it a try anyway due to its good location. Hotel is within walking distance to two LRT stations and linked with a shopping mall. There is another shopping mall across the street. It was really convenient for me. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety is reasonable in terms of the rates I’m paying for. Overall a very nice and pleasant stay. Will definitely be back again.

Only two slow lift servicing hotel guests. The water from the shower will flow out as the floor separator is shallow. Need a shower curtain to keep most of the shower water within the shower cubicle. Need a towel door mat to stop the water from flowing out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. I had to use my bath towel as a floor towel. Need an extra light for the wardrobe area. Its too dim.

Very central to two major shopping centre, but the Empire Hotel shopping was very convenient through the hotel, we did t need to go out far for food, cafe and drinks with the supermarket at the shopping complex. The staff was very helpful with assisting taxi back to airport.

Building needs maintenance regarding wear and tear, shower could do with shower curtain, but overall we were very comfortable in our room. Love the view in our room 602, atmosphere in the hotel and decor looks great, food was great for bfast, if you needed something the staff was available and happy to see to it, in one incident there was no butter left and I only said oh I can’t have my toasted bread with Kaya but the staff made an effort to get me a small amount, which I was touch by it.

Hôtel a little bit dated.. the shower in the bathroom must be renovated.. the breakfast very limited,more for the local.. coffee machine,only one n very slow.. croissants and bread not fresh

the room is huge, i wasn’t expecting that. location is good, there’s a train station nearby about 7 mins walk. the hotel is link with a mall - i like that! Alot of nice cafes and eateries too at the mall.

The breakfast was a little disappointment though.. Not much choice, the spread was not appealing and doesn’t taste so good. U can skip paying breakfast at the hotel, just go to the cafes that downstairs at the mall..

I booked family room. The bed and facilities provided is great. The location is very strategic and walking distance to shopping mall, so resourceful. Do look in to your room cleanliness.
