The strategic of the location. Walking distance to the food court and many more places. Is not far from the famous market. The room got balcony and place to hang out the cloth. It also provide basic kitchen accessories.

1. Two aircond but one cannot use. A bit hot for the people who sleep under the broken aircond because rely on the fan. The fan also not center that make it worst. 2. No toilet paper for you. 3. Have dust on the top of the cupboard. Suggest to seal the top of the cupboard. 4. The washing machine look like long time no use.

comfy and quite spacious. provide with two air conditioners. two bed size king and queen. a sofa. got microwave and fridge. can go swimming too. toilet has water heater.

The studio appartment was large with a King size bed and a Queen size bed. We had 2 air conditioners and the apartment was fully furnished. The lighting was bright and most suitable for reading. Being located on the 15th floor we had a perfect view of the swimming pool at the 8th floor and the city. We loved the balcony which was equipped with a cute coffee table and two chairs.

Parking was at the 5th floor but the way up was via a circular route and by the look of the side walls it was evident that many large cars had grazed the walls. Nevertheless, parking spaces were plentyful.

Simple room to stay for one day.

Cleaning inside bathroom can be better. Don't let accumulated dirt inside and it should be better. One of the bed need to change, the side already slented.

The location is good.... easy access to shops and restaurants..... nearby mosque and Pasar Siti Khadijah..... very convenient.

The lights not working along the corridor ..... quite dark at night to walk from the parking lot to our unit.....

the location near Town, aiport and other tourist attraction area. Room spacious and clean, water heater and presure care good and also clean, Air condition also Ok

Need to improve on the toiletries and possibble to service the airconditioner due to dust

its locate in the middle of city, lots of restaurant nearby and private parking is provided

nothing much except no eccess card inside my key.. i’m stuck in the lift for few minutes until security come to rescue..(lift button require access card) its stressing me out since i am travel with toddlers and they peed in pants while waiting to the rescue.

Comfortable & near the town..so easy to find food & bank.

Overall ok but must add on extra fan or ceiling fan. Electric kettle not functioning..

The location and easy to get food

The parking system was messy and need to be upgrade, due to the door open but you still need to tap the card.....why open should be checked and repair.

The room is clean and neat when we arrived.All the switches for both lamps n fan is functional,not to forget the air conditioner.All in good shape.Toilet is clean,plate,fork,spoon is usedable n was clean.

The car park is too close against each other,please be very cautious when driving around the entire parking.For visitor,there is a free car park at the fifth (5) and sixth (6) level,just bump in,as long as it is not occupied.
