very friendly to kids. 6 swimming pools and kids playground. there were interesting shows and activates in the evenings. food was ok. it was not top quality but thanks to many choices, you could always find something you want to eat. 5 minutes walk to the beach. free parking on the street. convenient store close by. 30 minutes to Palma city. it was a nice holiday for my family.

rooms were small. toilet smell bad. Walls were very thin. you could hear kids screaming in the hall way in the middle of the night.

The food was less than wonderful, chicken breasts uncooked. There was a lot of sickness going about when we were there. In the 10days we were there we didn’t see anyone adding chlorine into the pools or testing the water, which was quite concerning,

The breakfast was outstanding! It was a real treat with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. Choosing the all-inclusive option was a fantastic decision, as they provide the crème de la crème! It was a dream come true for the kids—ice cream, sweets, cakes, a chocolate fountain, an ice cream machine, and crepes! My children were beyond excited! Honestly, just for this incredible experience, I’d return time and time!

Unfortunately, they were unable to fulfill my request to upgrade the room, as I had booked a standard room, and the air conditioner was not functioning properly. However, I completely understood the situation since the hotel was at full occupancy. The manager did everything possible to assist us and provided a fan, a nice bottle of champagne, and juice for the kids, which made me feel truly valued.

The staff was great - particularly the animation team that works at the pools. They were awesome with the kids. There were lots of food options, but not a lot of choice for vegans unfortunately.

The rooms weren’t very comfortable and not that clean (I had sand inside my bed when I checked in), the pools were in need of maintenance (several broken tiles), and there were lots of queues for the lifts.

Pool schedule is too short to be able to enjoy. From 11am to 5pm in a place where there is sun until 9pm will cut a lot of the best time to enjoy it.

amazing hotel to spend family vacation. Good location. Not far away from airport. About 20-25 min. With everything that you need around. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, attraction part . And the see just about 5 mins walking. Swimming pools with sliders to have fun. Good food. We had breakfasts and dinners included. Various. For all tastes. And for kids was easy to find something to eat. Entertainment. Superb. We were so lucky to have opportunity visit kids clubs with both kids. They loved it. And waited every morning and every evening to go, actually to run there )) not just a place to spend some time , really interesting program everyday. Nati, Natalia, Sophia and all all all thank you so much. You are GREAT! Hope we will come back soon.

Unfortunately we had a roof not with king size bed, but with two singles .. and when you are in between it was not really comfortable. But you can live with it for a week of course.

Great hotel for families which provides all the facilities you need to enjoy the holidays with your kids. Our sons (3 and 6 years old) enjoyed the water park and an outdoor pool. There are many different animations during the day and in the evening. Our kids loved every day there. The Staff of the hotel was very helpful, especially Lucia and Borja, who helped to organized a birthday for our son with bringing the birthday cake to him. Thank you Borja for making the day so special to Eryk :). We also enjoyed the delicious food there. The room was small but comfortable. We loved the beach which is close to the hotel. We highly recommend the hotel and we will come back there again. That's for sure:).

We were vacationing with a large group including children. The kids enjoyed spending time in the pools. For adults, there were training sessions near the pools, which was fun. The food selection was quite extensive, everything was delicious, and everyone could choose what they wanted, with enough for all without any problems. There were themed evenings, for example, one evening featured sushi. The staff was all friendly and readily helped when needed. It's a 4-minute walk to the sea. There, you can easily rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach and the sea were magnificent!

What we didn't like: we had a room for four people, with a large bed and a sofa bed for two. The sofa was horribly uncomfortable, hard, and lumpy; you wake up feeling sore. It feels like that sofa is 30 years old and should be replaced. Overall, the rooms need renovation, and the furniture is worn out. The bedding and towels seemed clean but had old stains. However, all this was compensated by the gorgeous sea view from the balcony.

Helpful staff. Old but clean room. Variety of foods. Activities for kids. Location is reachable by public bus from airport. It takes approx. 1 hour. The beach is nearby. Magaluf seems a bit suitable for young ones rather than hotel’s target audience.

Like other all-inclusive hotels, nothing is high quality. However, amenities were much better than our expectations. The activities were changing every day. Pools and slides are nice but turn into a bit boring after a while. The room needed a deep dive cleaning, maybe renovation. The elevators weren’t enough during rush hours.

We have just returned from a long weekend at this hotel. We are a family of four, 2 adults & 2 children aged 8 & 5. The communication from the hotel prior to our arrival was great. We booked a transfer directly through the hotel which was convenient. The pool facilities were great and our children loved the slides, although the water was freezing it was bearable. We were bed & breakfast - the breakfast was fine & we always found something to enjoy, overall we had a really enjoyable stay & would return.
