Can't really complain given the price. Everything worked (AC and shower were surprisingly powerful) and they let me check in late (after 1am).

Just be mindful that the chungking mansions building (the place where this hostel is located) is a bit seedy. It's fine I you're a solo traveller but if I had kids I definitely wouldn't be bringing them there.

Great location! Quite close to a subway stop, some main attractions, museums and bars! Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even when arriving late at night (be sure to text the property in advance). The ground floor has some of the essentials you'll need for your stay in Hong Kong such as sim cards, money exchange etc.

Like most places in Hong Kong, space is an issue. The weather will also play a role your comfort levels, switch on the air conditioning and wear a few layers before bedtime. The building is a bit of a maze, but it's easy to get around after a while.

Room is more fresh as there's window beside bed which opens outside..staff is friendly they regularly clean the rooms and change towels.

bathroom/toilet exhaust is upside on the roof. if it was outside it wud have been more fresh. Though not a big issue as the exhaust is working properly. guests can bring their own air freshener.

Unique hostel has a really warm ambient, being so respectful and they have a true interest costumer services. They are so helpfully, kind, and always bring you the best services you need. The place is clean, spacious and private. In the first floor you can find food very cheap. Im from México 🇲🇽 and Im so happy to meet Unique Hostel ! Thank you Unique hostel for your services

Clean room,friendly staff would recommended as a solo traveler on a budget. If you need to a place to stay in Hongkong I definitely come to Unique Hotels 😊😊😊😅

Very good location, bus stop is downstairs, not far away from Alley of Stars and boat cruise station, you can easily find some food and many different stores
