availability, price, cooking my dinner. Shower was nice, bed was comfortable. Environment was clean and pleasant

I wasn't expecting a pet fee. I thought I paid for the room with pet friendly description. I didn't see any fee in description. That needs to be in plain text... it just does. Unexpected fees are not welcome information. Understanding that ahead of time could be a deal breaker.. The outside was noisy for awhile in the evening. I was expecting a coffee pot and blow dryer, neither was available. But!! this was a very good evening

Everything. The entire building was immaculate. I felt safe and comfortable, so i slept peacefully. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The room itself was great and smelled fresh..the bathroom, counter tops, refrigerator, and microwave were super clean. I loved it. The location is within perfect distance of places to eat, and the view from my room was breathtaking. My only regret is that my stay wasn't longer... I truly felt at home. I've never been so excited to tell my family and friends about a stay. I can't wait to return.

It was a bit pricey but it is an extended stay suite so the longer you stay, the cheaper it will cost. I only stayed one night. Given the condition of the suite as a whole...it was worth every penny!

Amazing value for a solo traveler with comfy beds, clean sheets and shower, and laundry available 24/7. Welcoming staff, good people. Convenient location with places ~2.5 mi away from the hotel. I loved that for the price I paid I had my own kitchen in the room and A/C unit hit just right. I had a 55” tv in my room which was easy to use. I enjoyed the stay a lot and wish I didn’t have to leave early.

Floor in my room could use a mop, but generally the room was very clean. I didn’t ask staff about room soundproofing, I could hear music playing on my tv through the doors.

Very nice hotel, especially for the price point that was paid. Parking lot felt very secure, hotel felt very secure, nothing sketchy or scary about it. The room was very nice and clean. I especially liked how the room had vinyl flooring instead of carpet, making it better for my dog. We had a problem being overcharged on the pet fee that was immediately corrected and explained by the morning checkout person. The person who checked us in was very friendly. All in all, it was a good stay and especially relieving on a long traveling day.

The person at the front desk during the evening desk seemed possibly new and was unfamiliar with the policies and thus overcharged us for the pet fee. This was corrected by the person who was manning the desk in the morning. The night person was very friendly and helpful otherwise. I also didn't see anything about a pet fee on the website when booking, I could've overlooked it but if it's not there it needs to be updated.

New hotel, very clean. We did not need a kitchen while we were there, but could be handy for some people.

Inner door is locked all the time and you need to tap a little white button on the wall to notify the front desk to let you in because you cannot see them from that door and they cannot see you. You need to have a sign there because it's very frustrating not being able to get in the door. The only other issue we had was that the bathroom door is extra large and sort of blocked he person getting out on that side of the bed at night. Since breakfast was not provided, it would've been nice to have coffee and tea in the room

The room was so comfortable I didn’t want to go lol. Booked till end of month. From the convenience of the kitchen to the big bathroom and comfortable bed. They allowed my care animal free of charge. No cash deposit like other places.enjoyed the Mountain View and they catered to my handicap. Private parking. Let’s talk about how clean the whole place is with keyed entry. Staff is wonderful. The GM is definitely doing great work here

Pricing was amazing compared to other area businesses. Centrally located to all of my family members.

Shampoos and soaps were way to small. Use for only 1 person was supplied. We were there for 5 days. Had to go and buy these supplies. Had to go down to main lobby to use vending machines. Would have been nice and convient to have those on each floor.

WoodSpring was extremely clean and the staff was amazing. The beds are so comfy the hall was where nice and clean and peaceful .

The Thing I didn't like is there was a company and they took up all the parking instead of the hotel assigning the workers a location to park they allowed them to take up all the parking and the other guest was left scrambling to find parking . Please do better with allowing big companies to come and take over the entire parking lot

Clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast was minimal continental. They had a waffle maker which was nice, but no eggs or anything. The room is a suite with a full kitchen as advertised, however it has no cookware or utensils so we couldn't actually prepare anything. They advertise free wifi, but the wifi they offer is incredibly slow and basically can only open basic gmail. You have to pay to get actual working wifi.

My room and bed was comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Met my needs. The floor I was on this time was also quiet, which was great

My bathroom had hair on the toilet and in the tub. Also stains on all the towels.There was also stuff left on the bathroom counter and on top of the cabinet from the previous guests, which was a bit unsettling and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room
