The proximity of this hotel to Roanoke Memorial Hospital can’t be beat. I stayed here as an employee of the hospital due to an ice storm. The staff was fantastic. Very nice. The room was SPOTLESS. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I slept like a baby. The literal ONLY downside was that my suite didn’t have a bathtub so I couldn’t take a bubble bath, but that’s ok. I’d absolutely stay here again and plan to.

Parking spaces in the garage (which is awesome that’s available) are a bit small. I about had a panic attack trying to park my SUV in there. But the fact that there is a garage to use in an ice storm was a lifesaver.

Served later than I could take advantage of, having to be with a hospital patient that needed to leave by 5:30am

The opening of the restaurant, it was a welcomed necessity in our case, and we were the very first customers served in the grand opening, I would have thought there would have been something offered complimentary because of being the first. The food was very good. I still have Kofi on my prayer list and pray his heart transplant went well. We enjoyed Kofi very much.

Clean, nice and welcoming. Pool area however wasn’t refreshed for the next day. With new fresh towels 🤷‍♀️

I use to work at the front desk at a hotel. No one has no clue about pool hours or what was going on with the other staff at the hotel. The staff had the pool open as pool hours are 7am-9 or 10pm. Asked for towels front desk for the pool said ok. Then go back 20 mins later and told pool doesn’t open until 10am?? When we been swimming for the last hour. Even all the other staff was kind asking how we liked the pool. The front desk didn’t call or talk to anyone. Didn’t even have towels up at the front desk. I had to ask the house keeping for extra towels. After going up to my room to grab more towels. Breakfast was good and all other staff was great. Front desk did give us a late check out. However they didn’t tell house keeping we had to tell them.

The staff was welcoming and professional. Daily breakfast was actually good. They also have underground parking which was nice when it was raining. Across the street are sports facilities so I can see this as a convenient location if there are tournaments.

Bathroom products were pretty basic but I guess that's what I could expect for this type of hotel. It's not really walking distance to any restaurants.

Good location away from most things. The outside was well kept and the inside was very beautiful.

Our bathroom door didn’t lock in room 317 and the water pressure was okay but not super strong. I slept on the pullout couch and there was some dirt and glitter on it when we got there but I dealt with it.

Beautiful rooms, spacious and comfortable.

Price was steep, breakfast was lackluster and didn't have items that said would be offered on the chalkboard, paying for parking is a joke when they have plenty of space and are in the middle of nowhere.

9:15 Coffee was out. I told the woman in the kitchen who was doing something on her phone. Coffee had to be brewed so it was over 5 minutes before it was ready. Breakfast available was fine, typical of free breakfast offerings.

Nice location, close to downtown and a big park. Ample covered parking. Spacious, comfortable room. Best of all were the staff: I had a heart emergency and was admitted to Roanoke Memorial (just across the road!) for 4 days. The hotel staff accommodated my husband’s extended stay and made us very comfortable when I returned to the hotel for a day before we returned home. They really took great care of us!

I really liked how clean it was, and the beds were really nice. I like the fact they had a hairdryer and all the things I needed for a great shower. The beds slept really nice, and they were really comfortable.

All night, you heard people running and yelling down the hallways. The only reason i didn't sleep well was because of this. Also, the pool they had was supper small.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect very near the hospital which is great during a winter storm.

There was no fan in the bathroom. Unimpressed with the sleep sofa.
