When we arrived the front desk was staff was super friendly and the check in process was so easy. The hotel itself looked clean and nice. When we got to our room was pleasantly surprised how clean and well lit the room was. Beds and pillows were comfortable. My 2 kids really enjoyed the pool. My kids are average swimmers and at the deepest point it was only 5ft in the middle 3ft on both ends so shallow enough they could play without huge concern. The location was fantastic most everything we wanted was within 5 minutes of the hotel which was super convenient. Parking was easy and was able to see my car from our window which made me feel better. I did not include breakfast when booking the room as my family and I aren't huge breakfast people. I should have known of all times they would want it would be then. Our first morning there we went to the gift shop to see if there was something they would want and they just had average options so I spoke with the front desk lady about the buffet and she was so helpful. Breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and French toast. As well as cereals muffins and yogurt. We were pleasantly surprised by the options. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would recommend anyone visiting with or without children to stay here.

There was only one thing out of our 3 night stay that we really didn't like. If your not paying attention when you get to your room, the doors SLAM. Which during the day isn't a problem but at night if your neighbors in other rooms are coming and going it can be a bit annoying.

I loved that the staff instantly wanted to make sure I was comfortable. I told the lady at the front desk. "I'm here for a migraine, is there a room available with no one really above me? Or a quite floor" She not only ensured I'd be able to relax by finding the right room but went above an beyond. I appreciate that so much 🙏 ❤️ There was nobody above me. Nor on any other side. It was the peace I needed.

Tiny little things, like things in the bathroom area could be cleaner or the linens not have some staining, but nothing to the point that I absolutely hated it. It was amazing!

Well maintained, clean, well lit, modern. Good breakfast buffet options…though breakfast was not included in the room price (you had to pay extra for it) it was convenient and fairly good value for the price.

The baggage carts to help you get your bags to the room were almost impossible to find and then were difficult to use. They were not the usual hotel baggage carts which most people are used to. These looked like a high school shop class welded them together and they were very heavy and hard to steer. I’m older and need something simpler and easier to use.

Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were exhausted. The staff kindly let us check in early. Couldn’t have been more thankful. Check in was super quick & easy. For check out , I had overslept and again , staff let us check out at noon instead of 11am. Hotel was very clean and room spacious. Bed and pillows super comfy. Will be staying here again when I come back to MEM.

Really impressed with the number of outlets for charging 'thing's AND the really nice luggage 'rack' with the convenient shelf above. VERY NICE addition to the room. ALSO loved that the individual little bars of soap were eliminated with the attached soap dispensers on the wall. NO MESS as the sink.

LIGHTING was horrible as it is in most hotel rooms. Not adequate for reading, knitting, or really anything other than watching TV which I don't do.

The best part of this hotel is the welcoming staff. Every single person at the front desk was kind and welcoming. I know there has to be times that the job is stressful but they never ever showed it. In today's world there is so much negativity it was a blessing to have such kind people helping you.

The maids were not kind at all. I know they have a lot of work to do, but they didn't have to take it out on the guest.

Was clean. The rooms were a good size and it was comfortable. The pillows were a nice touch, they were labeled soft and firm so you had a choice. Dove body wash and shampoo/conditioner provided which was nice. The location was wonderful! Walking distance to many nice restaurants and coffee. The hot breakfast was nice too.

The hot breakfast process was a bit disappointing. We were rudely told we couldn't have breakfast unless we had a coupon but was never told about a coupon. It would have been nice to have been told about and maybe get breakfast coupon at check in. It was easy enough to go to the front desk to get a coupon but it wasn't pleasant. Other customers were treated the same and 1 was even quoted a price for breakfast.

We LOVED the location, and the hot tub was very nice, as well as the indoor pool area. Very large pool and spacious hot tub. They also had a very good selection of breakfast food. We got a king suite and it was perfect ! The living room was very spacious as well as the bathroom and bedroom. I liked how the bedroom closed off from the rest of the suite. They also had a bar in the room and a pull out table and chairs. 10/10 for the room itself !

The second night we were there, we found some ants in the living room area. One of our children also saw a bug by the vending machines. That is the only reason I gave a 8/10.

I love the friendly atmosphere. The staff were so polite and helpful. The hot tub was awesome. I love that when we were having car trouble we were able to check out an hour late while we got the car fixed and the battery installed. All the staff were nice for the 2 days we stayed will be back.

It’s always consistent, clean and comfortable. I almost hate posting this because I don’t want the secret to get out. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE. The shower blows the hottest heat and pressure is crazy. It’s a hidden gem. We always stay here between Dallas and Louisville Ky. Never disappoints. Good restaurants all around within .2 miles
