Good, secure apartment in Colonia Americana, I enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable bed, good wifi for working, well equipped kitchen. Nice roof-top terrace. A public bus that gets to the Cathedral and historic centre in 15 minutes is right at the foot of the building, or you can walk, it's a 30-min walk. I'd stay here again if back in Guadalajara.

It's a bit noisy both day and night as it's at the intersection of 2 busy streets. I managed this by wearing good ear plugs at night and using my Apple AirPods Pro (which are noise-cancelling) during the day. Apart from the noise, which you can mitigate with earplugs and headphones, the apartment is great.

Great location in the middle of Chapultepec and all the bars & restaurants. Easy access to the rest of the city. The room is a whole apartment, which was convenient for a larger group... and very clean, but...

There were a series of little things that were damaged or didn't work. The back support on the chairs was broken. You couldn't lean back on them. Toilet paper dispenser we're barely hanging on by a loose screw. What was supposed to be a 3 bed unit, turned out to be 2 beds and a pullout mattress... with no sheets. The shower runs out of hot water 5 minutes into your shower, shower fast and turn off the water while you lather. The property does text you to make sure everything is OK but does nothing to fix the problems. Not cool. Since it was me and my 2 adult sons, we dealt with it. I would not bring my wife here on our next visit.

Great location in a secure building well maintained. Close to all amenities. Particularly liked the indoor layout and state of the art kitchen. Fussy about quality of pots/pans/cooking items (seen too many Salvation Army grungy/scratched ones before) and everything in this unit was top notch. Everything was clean, well set up and the overall feel of the place was peaceful and calm. Great place to rest and relax. Excellent home base to explore the city and the area. Very responsive property owner who repeatedly insured that everything was going well with my stay.

nice corner spot with everything that I needed. I am with my two frenchies and it was an ease and they enjoyed the balconies to people watch. Great place to enjoy the nightlife or just go for a walk and try all the great food they have close by.

Close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops. In walking distance to centro. All the amenities needed for a month-long stay. Weekly cleaning was a plus!

Nice apartment, clean, well furnished. The area, the rooftop, parking included.

We were three guests and there should have been 3 bottles of water. Only 2 bottles were provided. No hand towels available. One of the curtain rods wasn't working. It was fixed by my friend. No kitchen cloth or paper towels

The location was perfect, close to downtown, and was very easy to get around to other places. I also felt very safe and secure.

We enjoyed our stay.

The location was walking distance to US Consulate and lots of restaurants.
