Incredibly friendly staff. Room was very clean and spacious, lobby etc needs some TLC. We arrived from a Cruise and got to the Hotel earlier than expected, the receptionist arranged to get our room ready earlier. The view from our balcony overlooked the sea, it was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again, but would bring ear plugs :-)
The location would have got 5* apart from the following: Not disabled friendly, ie no wheelchair access, and the lifts are too small to accomodate a wheelchair. The staff did help me in and out of the door, and let me store my powered wheelchair in the lobby. Excessive noise from idiots blaring their car sound systems at mega volumes through the night :-(

We ended up staying here for quite some time - 3 weeks. The idea was that we would spend time in different parts of outer Athens, but found that the location and view of this place was hard to beat. We opened our curtains in the morning to a small deck and the sea, interesting working port. We bought our own breakfast and coffee to prepare eat on our deck in our PJs. There's a supermarket very close by, main door turn left. Some way into our stay we discovered the long term Bus/Tram/Train pass, bought at the Train Office in Piraeus. Highly recommend. It costs a handful of Euros. The 904 bus opposite, drives in a loop, finishing at the Ferry terminal for island travel, and beginning from there again. You will catch it there if you return by train as well. If you stay on it will bring you back to the hotel. The Tram takes you to all the beaches also on a loop. The train will take you to all the ruins in the central square. The main thing is, if you get lost, your ticket will work for days, and get you back safely anywhere anytime. We managed it like troopers, we're in our 70s and 80s so will you. We found the Greek and other food much better and cheaper off of the Tourist Square. This is also where you'll get a European breakfast if that's important. The nights outside of the hotel belonged to the kids. We quite enjoyed that. It's nice that they have somewhere to meet up. I washed my smalls, put discreetly on the balcony. Great water pressure.
We are quite substantial, in a double bed. My man likes to sleep, I wake up and need to read. It's not really possible to get away from each other. You can get 2 x singles, but then no view. The cleaners were great. But the room and bathroom needed some maintenance love from tradesmen.

All rooms have see view balconies and while sitting there it feels like sea is just under your feet. The hotel also provides free light breakfast - cornflakes, milk and coffee. The are a lot of restaurants and taverns around the hotel, the bust stop is just in front of the entrance.
The bed is to soft that was not good for my back

A very nice, best positioned to the sea hotel with outstanding view to the sea😍 Great for people which want to stay away from noisy Piraeus port, as it is 30-40 minutes by foot to harbour, or 20-25 min. by #904 bus. Pretty designed, clean, very small room with a small balcony with a seaview. What is very important, room is warm in Winter, because of AC which is good&strong and easily can warm room in a few minutes. In the reception you can get, if you need, kettle and hairdryier. Very nice receptionists are always similing and willing to help. I loved everything in my 6 days stay in this hotel. Definately, I will come back. Best greetings to all the Staff🙋♀️
Nothing important really. Maybe only small repairs needed: two lower electrical sockets didn't work at all at glass wall. And it was heavy to close the door to bathroom, as it was warped ( it's not a problem, when You are alone).

The location was great.
The girl at the front desk was so sweet but she couldn't answer some of our questions about how to get around Athens. She worked really hard to help us, and she eventually called enough people to answer our questions. Again, she worked on our questions until she had the answers, but she maybe should have known something about the tours. She probably knows now, because of our questions. In the end, was very happy with the information.

Staff were lovely, very welcoming and we arrived ed early from a cruise and were given our room straight away. It's was small but clean and Dimitri arranged for us to get the hop on/off bus and to get it to stop right outside the hotel. We had noticed some ants in the bathroom but weren't unduly worried and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately when we got back to the hotel early evening the ants had multiplied - were on the bed and some were flying. The lovely receptionist came to have a look and immediately gave us another room which was on the side of the property not the front. It was a room for 3 and larger and was fine. Fortunately as we were only there for one night we hadn't unpacked. The ants were unfortunate🙁

The rooms have an incredibly nice direct view to the seaside. Most of them have a nice balcony. The reception is 24/7 available and always helpful. The bus station is located just in front of the hotel. A few meters away, you will find a lot of excellent restaurants at affordable prices. A safe hotel I would recommend for single travellers.
The rooms are poorly soundproofed. A noisy neighbour or closing doors can sometimes be inconvenient.

Spacious shower, nice balcony with sea view and table/chairs, AC worked well, big TV, fridge, nice area for a stroll, friendly and professional staff, nice lobby area, supermarket nearby, shampoo/shower gel provided.
Facilities a little bit dated (e.g. curtains with holes, room door had to be locked or it would just open, shower had half its door), a bit of noise from the street, duvet was not set and it was thin for winter (we had to keep the AC on all night).
