The location is around everything you need. The price for the room. For the past 7 years I rent a room for my birthday weekend. I have always rented a room from your company. And I will be back again this year. I'm coming the first weekend of Nov . since my birthday falls in the middle of the week.

Breakfast choices eggs would be nice. Billed, scrambled something. I really like the biscuit and gravy. I was told the wrong time that breakfast beginned. So when I went for breakfast the lady was telling me the right time. She was not mean or anything I just wouldn't have went downstairs at that time.

Super affordable super convenient location if you want to stay in town

Honestly it's more of a complaint but the floor is in the lobby were sticky it was gross and quite honestly made me uncomfortable and the staff could have easily jumped out there and mop that floor to get the sticky off it it just it just felt trashy I mean I know it's not I've stayed there before but that sticky floor just drove me nuts and the breakfast like I said I've stayed there before and they always have biscuits and gravy and it's just not good they need to pick up their variety on breakfast

Booked on a last minute decision and was very pleased with the room and the price. Will stay again if the need arises. I appreciated that there was a restroom in the hallway. Didn't use it but many hotels do not have one and sometimes it comes in handy.

I was on a handicap accessible room and the bathroom faucet was very difficult to use. Hard to pull on for me and I didn't have any physical challenges. I wish the bathroom fan had a separate switch. Too noisy to leave the bathroom light on.

John and Emma were amazing and accommodating to our needs. We showed up at shift change and had an issue and they both resolved it together for us. Both are definitely valuable employees to the company. Thank you!!!

We reserved a hot tub room and the tub in both rooms were dirty but John and Emma made everything better

I like the promptness of the maintenance staff to fix our drain issues.

Not much option for breakfast. Maybe a hot water dispenser next to the instant oatmeal. Maybe instant Cream of Wheat too. Also a bit more toast variety, to keep a simple continental breakfast. Also, the rooms need an extra outlet to charge cell phones, tablets or computers.

The continental breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The staff was some of the most professional and nicest we've ever experienced having stayed at many hotels over the years.

Well the bed was too hard, but that is preference alone. The curtains did not stay closed together allowing too much sunlight into the room and the curtains overhung on the air conditioning unit causing interruption in cool air flow into the room.

Excellent location. The morning breakfast is great, and on weekends, there are sausages and gravy. My congratulations to the Chef.

They could clean the room every three days, as said in their prospect. The back door electronic lock was broken.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast could have been better, not much variety, no waffle maker, no scrambled eggs or sausage, no bagels, very little fresh fruit. The gravy was good but the biscuits were dry and crumbly.

I had trouble figuring out how to adjust the temperature for the room. Uncomfortably warm in most of the hotel.

The room and bed were both comfortable and met what I expected for this level of hotel according to the star rating. We just needed a place to spend the night, and this met our need.

I didn't think much of the choices for the breakfast provided. It was Ok but nothing to brag about.

The room could have been dusted better the lamp on the right hand side of the bed was real wobbly the toilet seat was very loose and underneath the cushion of the chair was dirty should have been vacuumed or cleaned found little black hairs by the toilet seat and the front sink by the coffee pot
