Big and comfortable apartment, kitchen has everything you need. Balcony is an advantage, it is nice to eat breakfast outside. Comfortable bed. Parking in the garage is really an asset. Nice neighbourhood - quiet, but not so far to shops, restaurants and the beach. In the room you can find a kind of guide with important pieces of information like recommended restaurants, etc.

Pool should be open longer (until 8 p.m is way too short). It would be good if someone from the staff took care of the upholding pool rules - sometimes it was hard to use it when kids kept jumping into it and screaming. The way out of the garage could be more comfortable.

This place exceeded our expectations. I've been to many hotels & apartments around the world, but this has got to be one of my favorite stays ever. The staff is extremely kind and professional, the room (penthouse apartment) is fantastic & impeccably clean. The building is cozy & safe. The parking garage is spacious and easily accessible. The location is great: you're close enough to the beach and hub of the city (walking distance), yet far enough to have a relaxing time and a good sleep away from the city's fuss. My go-to place every time I'm in Costa Del Sol.

The location was very good. Quiet street, but walking distance from the places we'd want to go to. The car parking in the basement and door card/code system was excellent. The whole place was nice, newly renovated and great. The kitchen had everything we would need. The bedroom was located on the hallway side, but that was actually very good, because the morning sun would not wake us up too early. The bed was very comfy, the pillows were good. The towels were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The washing machine worked well.

Very minor issues only. For example, you might want to check the On/Off button of the TV remote. The towel hook in the bathroom may need to be attached a little better.

+ Very good location : close to supermarkets, restaurants, 10mn walking from the beach. + Big parking : A very good thing in Fuengirola. + Modern apartment : with the necessary equipments. + Self-service check-in : Detailed instructions received via WhatsApp and super reactive staff when it comes to questions/concerns. + Ground floor apartment : was good with a small balcony.

- Paid cleaning : you need to pay 45€ if you want the cleaning service. - Small swimming pool : Gets easily crowded (max 3-4 persons)

Everything was fantastic except for check in Location was perfect...we walked to the beach, found a local supermarket and stocked up, walked to restaurants and salon/pharma. Everything was within minutes of reach. We enjoyed our balcony Appreciated having shutters on the bedroom window (we slept well) Comfy bed and pillows (hope they keep it that way) Very clean and I'm OCDish ;) We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen (enough for our needs), living space, plenty of closet space.... Once you are granted the mysterious and most secretive access codes, you can easily access the underground parking. 2 levels, easy access to building. Reception gentleman helped us print out some documents so thank you for that and he came to my rescue when I needed some coffee pods :)

Soooo if I did pre registration and paid in full why do I have to practically beg for my access codes!! The weirdest behaviour?? And we have travelled all over, still weird. It's post 3pm check in time and still no codes. 4 pm and I'm in front of parking garage and hotel, still no codes. I think this was poorly mishandled and visible on the WhatsApp. Unfortunately no one came to apologize. If this had happened to my guest in one of my properties I would be apologetic and compensatory. Anyway they owe me the international call I had to make to booking to try and intervene. Hope they investigate and improve this so we can feel confident enough to return

Everything was cleaned and the staff was super helpful and nice. There was free laundry with available detergent which is very helpful when traveling with kids. We were there for Christmas vacation so even that the weather was good, it wasn’t so good at to try the pool area but it looked nice. There was also free parking which is invaluable because it is notoriously hard to find parking in Fuengirola.

We did have some issues with ants which wasn’t their fault but seemed to come from the street side to the living room that wasn’t sealed correctly but once we mentioned it, the staff was very helpful with spray, traps and it helped. I would have wanted cleaning every 3rd day instead of every 5th but could leave with it. Something that I did miss, was a vacuum cleaner so I could have cleaned better myself than with the broom that was provided.

Location great.7 minutes to the bars and restaurants Apartments spotless. All mod cons in the kitchen. Huge fridge freezer Microwave and dishwasher. Laundry room if you feel like doing so. Huge supermarket around the corner. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Dissapointed that our apartment was only cleaned once during our stay. Only 1 change of towels which really is not very good practice as you obviously shower a lot more in the hot weather. However we asked at reception and did get fresh towels . Same with the change of bed linen. Bed very very comfortable

The apartments are very spacious and clean. Was very impressed that the 2 bedroomed have 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable with a choice of hard or soft pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wasnt anything to dislike but with it being self catering and no shop on the doorstep a vending machine for drinks and snacks would have been a bonus. Also a proper kettle would also be an added bonus.

Location perfect for us 5mins from everywhere, beach, supermarket, sports. Went extra mile on things ie when it rained there were umbrellas, shopping trollies available, washing machines available plus washing machine liquid. Dishwasher plus supply d/w tabs. For us a massive plus was the use of storage for our cases as we had an evening flight. Our host extended the use of our door fob so we could enjoy a whole day out - great.
