Spa is awesome: 2 big pools, 2 jacuzzi (one outdoor), tanning area, saunas. Family friendly hotel - outdoor and indoor play areas, pools, restaurants on site. Quiet area of Sinaia, 10 min walk from the train station and central Park. Elegant and comfortable room. Clean. Nice balcony. Good food at Cucina restaurant and lots of options.

I have stayed before and love this hotel, but this time I got a room without AC. Weirdly it had the commands on the wall, but no actual AC unit/vent in the celling (room 227). And it was very hot during our stay. A bit uncomfortable. And neither did the bathroom vent work. Staff was a bit rude sometimes, unlike my other stays. North view rooms are totally worth it only if you get an upper floor room, low floors don't have that much of a view.

Everything. Great SPA and pool area. Nice outdoor tanning space. Good breakfast. Comfortable for a family to have everything in the same place (quiet room, pools, playgrounds, restaurants) Quick check out and check in. Happy for the early check in.

The view in the south, at least on lower floors is to the outdoor jacuzzi area, but you can also see some mountains/forest in the distance.

The hotel is amazing; the location, cleanliness, the view and food are great. The spa area, pools, and jacuzzi are not very large but are very nice, aesthetically pleasing, and relaxing. The water in the big pool is quite cold. For me, it’s refreshing and pleasant. In the smaller pool (the kids’ one), the water temperature is above 30°C, and because it’s under the glass roof, it gets a lot of sun. There are three jacuzzis outside—two small and one a bit bigger. Inside, there is one big jacuzzi and one medium-sized. The water temperature varies in the jacuzzis but tends to be on the warm side. There are two saunas, wet and dry, which are not very large. We stayed at the beginning of July when the hotel wasn’t full, so we enjoyed a tranquil and quiet atmosphere around the pools, jacuzzi and sauna. I suppose that during the high season, it could feel a bit crowded due to the average size of the facilities. The beds were ok, on the firm side, which was perfect for me. We had a really great stay and would love to return. I recommend this place with pleasure.

The only annoying thing was that the water in the bathroom suddenly changes from hot to cold or vice versa without me touching the tap.

SPA facilities that exceeded my expectations (outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, two big swimming pools with salted and fresh water). Room was clean, towels are changed every day. I had a North view room with balcony with a fantastic mountain landscape. Enjoyed restaurant Tirol, especially the beef dishes. At Panoramic restaurant where breakfast is served, the staff is preparing the coffee and bringing it to your table.

Breakfast could be better. Due to low occupancy rate, they are reusing food from previous days. I saw moldy bread, also there was cake with rotten taste.

The restaurants are very good, the food that they bring via room service was excellent. We will only return for the restaurants.

The fact that there is no A/C in all the rooms is a very big disadvantage. During the hot hours, we had to stay in side with our baby to sleep, and the temperature inside was very high. Considering the price we paid, this was unacceptable. Definitely, we will not return during the summer period.

The breakfast was fabulous, very diverse, and the staff was most helpful. The restaurant has a perfect view. I would recommend it to anyone, anytime. The size of the room was large, best view, designed with warm relaxing colours, super clean in every detail. The same for the bathroom. The hallway was also very clean and has nice wooden design. I did not try the sauna, but the the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were super nice as well, having clean towels to pick up at every step. The water is also heated, constanly staying at 30ºC.

I did not find any detail to be less than perfect, so nothing to mention at this point.

The facilities, the staff, the location, and overall comfort. It has everything for a family to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Not deal breakers, but worth mentioning - only 2 elevators (at peak hours you wait especially if you're on upper floors), the pool water was on chilly side - small one at 25 and big one at 27 (with kids it is on a colder side), on 4 nights stay bed sheets were not changed even once and water pressure in the shower could be better. Bear in mind, the parking is across the street and there is noone to help you carry all the luggage at arrival or departure. Still, it is one of the best options for Sinaia stay 2h drive away from Bucharest. It would be top if there would be a shuttle for skiers to get to telegondola without needing to move the car.

A lot of options for breakfast. They also have 2 restaurants, just in case there's a bad weather and you don't want to go out. The prices are decent, the spa was also nice - my daughter spent hours in the indoor pool.

The room is a little small and it can feel like it has paper walls - especially at lunchtime you want to put the kid to bed or have a nap yourself, and the cleaning lady is slamming doors and vacuuming with the door open. They also had a party one evening, in their 1st floor restaurant - we stayed on the 2nd floor - it was a little noisy.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, which allowed us to rest well, even with our child. The breakfast was very diverse, and all the dishes were incredibly tasty. The Tirol restaurant was excellent – I highly recommend it! Additionally, the spa area is beautiful and absolutely worth visiting. The staff was very friendly and supportive, making our experience even better. We would gladly return!

The spa area is beautiful and well-maintained, but it felt a bit chilly. While this is fine for adults, especially if you’re using the sauna, it might be uncomfortable for children. Increasing the temperature by 2–3 degrees would make it much more enjoyable for families. Additionally, considering the large number of children staying at the hotel, it would be great to see a dedicated restroom in the common areas with a lower sink designed for kids. Currently, the sinks are placed quite high, and younger children (up to around 8 years old) struggle to reach them to wash their hands independently. These small adjustments would make the experience even better for families with young children!
