I have been to A LOT of hotels and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. So unexpected. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel so welcome. They accommodated everything I needed so generously. The amenities are perfection. Make sure you upgrade to a concierge level room. It is completely worth it. Comfy bed, awesome shower and big tv. The bar and pool are so great, there’s free parking, free Wi-Fi and breakfast (so good and many many options) is included if you upgrade to the concierge room. The breakfast was so nice and great to bring up to my room. Great location with restaurants, Walgreens etc within walking distance. I can’t wait to come back!

I love the location, the staff, free wifi and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Let's not forget about the free parking. I requested to be on the top level floor and I was impressed they fulfilled it. When I got into the room there was no remote control. The staff was quick in bringing me another one. Due to that I paid extra for the concierge level. You will get the white glove treatment. They have happy hour with free appetizers. I stayed on New Year's Eve and was able to see the fireworks . I will definitely be staying there again. I

Unfortunately there's not a microwave in the room a small fridge is there which is good . They have room service with no free breakfast option. My room wasn't the warmest maybe because I was on the top floor. However all in all not a bad place.

The location. The fact that everything is in the complex. Bar pizza shop nail salon Walgreens multiple restaurants and an abundance of parking

The toilet paper hold rod too far back from the toilet. My Particular toilet was shakey the tank and or toilet needs to be fixed or Replaced. I’m a plumber so stuff like that bothers me.

Everything about the stay was good. The staff was excellent. The lady who was there 8/9-10/2025 doing the omelettes was so pleasant to my son. She made a dolphin out of a banana for him. He was so happy from the appreciation he actually cried and hoped to see her again.

Clean, quiet. Food in the onsite restaurant was good and there were other restaurants within walking distance

2 of the 3 elevators were not consistently working for several days of our stay which made getting to and from our room a bit of a pain

Excelente location. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

Neighbors can be easily heard and if you are unlucky to have noisy neighbors then you can’t sleep well. Rooms were not made daily.

The property is in a perfect location. The staff is incredible friendly and parking was easy. There a late a lot of restaurants surrounding the area as well.

The pool was green on the deep end and our room smelled like something died in it. It was a dirty mildewed smell. The room itself appeared to be clean so no complaints there. I didn’t like that we only got two towels, wash cloths and hand towels for 3-4 people.

Very comfortable stay and we really enjoyed the included breakfast. Staff were very friendly and the pool area was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I loved that it was close to restaurants and highway. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was lovely during the day

The noise. Vinyl floors are great for hygiene but noisy when a children's soccer team is above you.

Kim at 1501 Kitchen and Bar was excellent, serves a great omelet, she is super friendly and goes above and beyond her job duties

Only problem was our window in room 215 was facing the roof, would have loved a different view
