The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with an impressive room size of about 40 square meters—perfect for our two large suitcases. It was great to have a sofa for relaxing, so we weren't limited to just the bed. The bed, pillows, and duvet were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep and rest well. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, attending to all our requests with a positive attitude.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was a major drawback. We could hardly use it in our room during our entire seven-day stay, which was frustrating. Thankfully, we had an eSIM and could rely on our mobile data for internet access. Another aspect worth noting is the location. While we were aware it was a bit removed from the city centre (which suited us, as we enjoy walking), those expecting numerous nearby dining options may be disappointed, as choices are limited within walking distance.

We have a great time staying in this hotel as they facilitate everything in the room perfectly for us budget traveler. Also they'll clean your room everyday for free if you put the yellow sign outside before 9am which is surprising for us as we stay in Kyoto before and they'll only clean your room for a price.

Not sound proof enough as we could still hear car/motorbike sound and sirens in the night. The room also feel a little too cramped for all the facilities given but it's not that bothersome to us as we only stay for sleeping and to prepare for our trip in the next morning.

It has a feel of a new hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable too. It's good value. Heated room and heated water as well so it was good.

The location is decent but a distance away from the city. But a short walk away from the train station so not too bad.

Good equipped room, but with 1 bed very little. The room with 1 double bed and 1 single is a bit expensive but more comfortable. I was glad when I moved. Close to the center. Very nice restaurant Royal Host is in 5 minutes.

Personal can't speak English at all. Of course, they do not need 😄 Two pillows were small and uncomfortable.

Very comfortable and quiet. 10 min away from the metro station. 30 min away from Shinsekai if you are walking. Staff was super helpful. The option of not getting the room cleaned and towels changed everyday to be more sustainable is very welcome. The coin laundry on the second floor is brilliant and very affordable!

the staff at the reception was very friendly and supportive. they have for every information on locations etc a copy to handout. the room is fully equipped, best is the drying room. all is very clean. hotel is located within walking distance to several metro or JR lines. parking lot available for little money.

at evening there is not much going on.

The neighbourhood is very quiet, the room is very spacious, and appreciate the toilet being separated from the bathtub area. Really like the dryer function as well. Thankful that they allow us to do early check in for free

Really far from the mrt station, 10 minutes walk to the mrt which is a tad far, also there is no convenience store nearby

Located off the beaten path in a residential area. Easy access to bus and rail sytem. Rooms were clean and substantial. Staff was professional.

Very basic room. No carpet, which is fine. Have to borrow cooking implements, which they are pretty short on.
