staff is very friendly. When i forgot my access card inside the room, she is kind to open the door for me. The cleaning lady didn't rush me out on the check-out day. She is kind enough to let me stay a little longer and front desk is also nice to let me wait at lobby after 12pm. When i was looking for a food zip bag, the kitchen lady is very helpful to find one for me.

Breakfast can have little more vegetable/cheese. The sound insulation between room is not so great, i can hear talking, snort and all night activities from my next door. Also some of the power socket of room lamp doesn't work.

On July 10th, mid- evening the front desk clerk is awesome. He had a line of full of customer ready check-in and took care of his customer on the phone. He handled every customer with a smile on his face and welcomed us to the end. He took care of his customers like a champ and didn't get overwhelmed. I was very pleased about his customer service and kept it professional. Thank you, front desk person, I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but you're awesome, and the world needs more of you.

I didn't get a waffle shape like Texas.

The breakfast had variety and appeared to be good quality. I liked the location as my son lived in the apartments next door.

It was difficult to get on WiFi compared to other hotels. Also the coffee setup was a little different. I could see how the machine could be nice for some but some times when you just want to refill your coffee, it would be nice to have the regular pumping carafe.

The staff were very accommodating and appreciated very much! The Breakfast selection was exci! My Grandchildren love that and the pool! We couldn’t have asked for better service anywhere! The Hotel was exactly close enough to all of the venues that we wanted to go too! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay during my Grandson’s High School Graduation weekend! Looking forward to our next trip to the area and we will be staying here again!!

The property was clean and staff was great. The check in lady was phenomenal and quick to help with what small problems we had.

The upper floor halls and the swim area were so muggy and hot like neither had AC. And I wish there was a fab option for the ac or it was allowed to go cooler because the noise to silence was jarring and none of us got much sleep. Had I had a second adult I probably would have gone down stairs and asked for a box fan if available but didn’t want to leave my kids alone.

I arrived after 1:00 a.m. The young man who checked me in was outstanding in providing me a no hassle check in and with just the right conversation after a long day.

Little things. The breakfast was average. The orange juice was a bit watered down. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were not freshly made.

Location & sufficient parking

Booked this location for access to the indoor pool. While it was indoors, the water was not heated & thus extremely cool. Kids were super excited but tolerated than 5 min. Also towels had not been serviced, so I went into the gym to get towels for both my family & another who briefly tried to swim.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The cleanliness of rooms and the attention to breakfast in the morning was top notch. The lady working the check in desk was so accommodating to me and my elderly mother. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Not a thing.

Close location to interstate, close to Waco attractions, shortens drive to DFW Airport. Loved the warm pool, a real treat. Nice breakfast, pleasant, professional staff. We choose this site whenever we’re traveling North due to its handy location and cleanliness.

No complaints, always wonderful.

Friendly staff, free breakfast, free personal items in the main bathroom, good price. The bed was comfortable and clean.

There was some obvious wear and tear. The vanity in our bathroom had a lot wood peeled off near the bottom, the walls near the elevator had a lot of scuffs, one of the elevators was out of order.
