Luckily I had an AC in the room, as it was really hot in the room and too noisy with open windows! The room was clean and I had a good sleep trough all my nights. Restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel and it was really delicious all the time I have been there.

The restaurant is also a location for events. During one saturday, there was a wedding. The people have been loud for a long time. Keeping the windows close helps with the noise. The hotel is located next to a busy road. If your room is faced towards this street, it will be noisy in the room with open windows. For Breakfast: Unfortunately no buffet, but a menu to choose from. I prefer buffets as I can then choose whatever I like at the moment, but the breakfast from the menu was still really good (I have tried several ones).

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-star hotel. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, exceeding our expectations. The American-style restaurant was a delightful surprise, especially with its festive Christmas decorations. The location was perfect for our needs, and the stunning views of the High Tatras were an added bonus.

While the limited reception hours were understandable for a 3-star establishment, we did find it a bit inconvenient. Additionally, we encountered some difficulty in locating clear information about hotel rules, particularly regarding the use of minibar refreshments.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and equipped with air conditioning, which was a great advantage. Breakfast costs additional 10 euros in the nearby restaurant.

Unfortunately, during our stay, there was construction work taking place in front of the hotel, and we were woken up at 6 AM as soon as it started. Additionally, since our room faced the road, it was sometimes noisy at night. Apart from these two inconveniences, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great location. Big rooms. Very good facilities. Not fency. Excellent spot to drive quickly to attractions. Free parking. Excellent restaurant/pub just in front of the hotel as well as ice cream shop. The mall is just nearby. Friendly staff . Second time I've stayed at the hotel and will certain return.

Beds' mattress were somewhat soft for me

Had stayed there previously to do some hiking in the mountains. They let us leave a small bag of clean clothes for our return visit. Self check in was super easy, and it’s right beside a good pub for evening meals and a beer (or lunch) which is a restaurant/ cafe in the morning for an excellent breakfast menu. It’s 5 min to train/bus station (€3) and only 15 min from/to airport. Oh and there’s an excellent gelateria downstairs too.

We have stayed here many times and always were satisfied with the cleanliness and size of the room, easy check in and check out, the pleasent atmosphere of the hotel. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. There is a Lidl close to the hotel and a shopping mall.

On Saturday evening there was a wedding at the restaurant next to the hotel. The guests were very loud. They were singing loudly and shouting until 2:00 AM.

The rooms were big and comfortable , stuff friendly and effective , fixed several problems very quickly. The next door pub was great , tasty and friendly

No air condition in room 204 , there is no one in reception until 1300 and after 2000 , it was difficult to recieve the rooms cards. Breakfast menu was limited.

Clean and super spacious apartmens, fully equiped kittchenet, balcony, mountain view. comfortable bed. separated WC. on Christmas season even had the Christmas tree in the room. as we were traveling with elektric car, it was super nice to have free charger in the parking. close to grosery shops, and good restaurant nearby Mamut and Prezo.

Proper cleaning during stay.

exceeded my expectations. despite it being the Christmas season and almost nothing worked in Slovakia (except ski resorts), the hotel staff prepared all needed and provided all the advice for our comfortable stay. located also very convenient to reach the city center and ski resorts by car.

Friendly staff, comfy and exceptionally clean. On the outer edge of Poprad which was perfect for me, with free parking. The restaurant next door (part of the chain) is pleasant but the food is just ok. Lidl is a two minute walk is required. Easily access to all the major routes. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much. Restaurant (separate building next door) could be better.
