Close to Frankfurt Main Train station, clean apart from some mould in the shower, towels were pretty worn but you get what you pay for.

We paid a 4 or 5 Euro fee at check-in. No idea what for because it was super late and we just needed to get to bed. Beer bottles in lift and stairwell, place smells a bit funky. There is one flight of stairs to get to the tiny lift which is not ideal for heavy luggage, elderly with wheely walker or prams. Do not book if you travel with a person in a wheelchair! No aircon which was expected but also no fly screens on any windows so if you travel in summer you are either very sweaty or get eaten by mosquitoes 😉 Lots of homeless people between the train station and hotel but they didn't bother us. Quite a bit of noise from groups of drunk people on the road during the night which I assume is a regular occurrence. Overall it is ok for a night or two. Probably wouldn't stay longer.

The person at the reception was very warm and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Check in was an excellent experience and the provision for leaving our bags after check out before flight was a gratifying experience

Bathrooms are old and carry a residual smell due to oldness, though they are clean.

The room was neat and clean. Friendly Reception.

Problem: The room had very poor Sound Proofing especially near stairs side. There was a lot of Noise from other Guests. Also banging sound of doors of other rooms disturbed us till 11:45 in night. Suggestion: Hotel is very nice, but please consider installing some thick sound proof doors etc.

The location was a little dodgy later at night but it was right next to the main train station so that was good. It was only 3 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from Romerberg so it was the perfect distance.

The room was quite bare, nothing luxurious or fancy. It did have all of the necessary items though, towels, hand wash, shampoo and body was (it was a 2 in 1 shower gel thing?) so I suppose for the price it was great.

The check in and check out were pretty fast and I got a comfortable single room.

I didn’t like the smell of cigarettes inside the bathroom. It was a non-smoking room but probably other guests didn’t respect this rule. I also believe the cleaning could be better.

The bed where very comfortable, the staff where so lovely!!!!

You had to leave your hotel key at reception if you want out, I guess you won’t loss it but it’s the worry that stuff would be taken from our room (nothing was taken tho)

I had to stay 3 days more in Frankfurt due to loss of Passport and all the money. Jonathan at the reception desk was awesome and so polite. He helped me in lot of situations. Allowed me to check-in earlier, was super polite and he was also courteous, he went into my situation and made my stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. For such a low price(50 euros for 3 people) the stay was excellent. I frankly did not expect it to be so good and clean. The beds were comfy, shampoos and towels were provided, soft-drinks are available at the reception and they were check-in at 1 AM in the night without any issue. Location was also excellent. Just few meters from bus station and 200 meters from the Railway station.

The way to the room is a little creepy since its a old building but room itself was very good. The bathroom shower area was a little damaged along with the shower head. These were smaller issues and I hope it will be fixed. The entire bathroom was clean and spacious enough. Can be easily managed for few days.

It was affordable during Messe time where everything was high up prices.

It was loud at night because the main door was banging .

Location is great !it is near the train central station and bus just two minutes.The room is clean and quite. Water hot enough for your taking shower.The staff are nice
