Most of the staff was really nice and made the stay really comfortable. We were able to rest really well and were thinking of asking about what bed you guys get for your rooms. Also we were able to check out late.

Had one staff member that was kinda snooty

I like that they were accommodating as they held my room since I was like getting there because I got stuck in a snowbank and they were great when I got there and getting me to my room quickly so I could thaw out in the spa tub

I was exhausted by the time I checked in , no problem at all got my 3 rooms and everyone was happy . Breakfast before hitting the road was great , noise levels were minimal, would stay here again

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The staff was responsive to our concern that we needed to change rooms because of odor issues the first night. Because the hotel was booked full, we had to wait until the next day, and the staff moved us promptly,

The first night of our stay was a problem. Evidently, the previous occupant's pet had an accident on the carpet. The room smelled funny when we entered the room and I discovered the pet stains when I opened the curtains for more light.

Pool and modern updated rooms with larger TVs

No towels all day in pool room. Flies everywhere due to trashcan directly next to a hotel entrance door. Trash needed taken out.

I have stayed here for years!! Location is perfect. Always kind staff, meets or exceeds my expectations every time! I feel safe when I travel there alone. I have a great time with family there AND they are pet friendly too!
