I stayed at this hotel for my friend’s wedding and was genuinely impressed. The room was absolutely incredible - beautifully decorated, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning, with a lovely atmosphere that made the whole experience feel special. What really stood out was the staff; every single person I encountered was helpful, kind, and genuinely likeable. Their warm and professional service made our stay even better. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially for a special occasion.

Our room had no curtains, just blinds so it wasn't as dark as I like it to be

Emergency room booking at 11pm ( no way of getting home after spending the day at the local hospital). Checked in at around midnight. I had to ring the bell on reception for attention which was soon answered. Chose my breakfast options and was shown to my room. I needed a good nights sleep and wow! I slept like a baby, the bed was so comfortable! Was woken up bang on time when my complimentary breakfast was delivered. Breakfast of porridge, pastry, coffee and iced juice was delicious… The only negative was I couldn’t fathom out how to use the smarter than me tv. If my stay was longer, I’d have asked. The room was very clean, tastefully furnished and good for a short stay ( limited drawer and clothes hanging space). A great, powerful, en-suite shower. Hairdryer, chocolates on the pillow, beverage station in room. What more could you want? On first appearance, the hotel looked ‘posh’ and impressive; it did not disappoint. Great value for money. I’d highly recommend!

Instructions for the tv. Maybe a wall mounted mirror where I could sit and dry my hair, instead of having to stand by the tall wall mirror.

The hotel is lovely and very clean. The staff was wonderful. The food was delicious. The vibe (music, fire place, etc) was awesome.

There were some items missing from the hotel rooms that Americans are used to having...iron, more hangers (there were only 4 in my room), washcloth, elevator. The staff member carried my luggage up the stairs for me and I greatly appreciated that. I do recognize that this is a historical property and that adding an elevator isn't possible without changing the design. Would be nice to have coffee and tea out in the lobby so guests can quickly grab for themselves on the go.

A newly refurbished and fitted out hotel in an old bank that is just starting out. The first thing that stands out is that EVERYONE cares and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are superb and very comfortable and immaculately clean. The bathroom likewise. The restaurant is small but the food is at the high end in terms of quality and presentation. Proximity to Warrington Central Station makes it a great venue for exploring the wider area or as accommodation for work. A great find and well worth considering.

The TV took some getting used to, however once explained by the hotel manager it was very easy to use.

The location and especially the parking lot was a bit difficult to find at first, but were well maintained. A spacious and well maintained room. The staff was helpful and even called around to see if certain restaurants were open.

I found the breakfast very disappointing, basically you could only choose the Continental breakfast and this consisted of porridge and a croissant And if you wanted an egg you had to pay extra. I myself expected that you could choose from a sandwich and one or more types of filling.

Wasn't able to use the t.v for terrestrial purposes , we're not members of subscription services so we could not use the t v . Also room service and having a meal delivered is important especially when you're a woman who needs a break and spoiling a little when this is all you do all Day every day. Other than that..I would go again but be wise to what I can't Access Also we are both M.E sufferers and the stairs took it out of us... perhaps a lift.

We spend 1 night at this hotel. It was lovely. We were upgraded at no extra charge. The room was very spacious, it had a large bath that fits 2 people. Clean and very well decorated. There is tea, coffee and water available in the room, as well as biscuits. Continental breakfast was included which was a pleasant surprise as we didn't know about this. The breakfast was really nice and very generous. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The city center and the train station are at walking distance. It's an amazing place to stay for the price. I would 100% recommend it.

Very luxurious with clean rooms providing plenty of space, the room we stayed in had a nice modern look with basic facilities/hospitality tray. Upon arrival, staff were very polite and professional with no messing and even provided a complimentary breakfast service to us. The building itself looked quite grand inside and also had its own bar/restraint cafe. Overall, the Parr's Bank Hotel exceeded our expectations and from my point of view is a great value for money see what we got many thanks.

Although breakfast was complimentary, it was continental, which is not something I would go for, I'm only adding this as it says I must add something here. To be honest, the breakfast was good. The bed for me wasn't the comfiest but the misses slept like a rock

Bedroom had very little storage. We feel it would have benefited from a small vanity unit. Breakfast was a bit adhoc - overdone croissant, warm very sweet coffee

The design is stunning! The soundproof rooms ooze luxury with clear attention given to even the finest details! The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the rainfall shower superb and the hospitality given by the owners and staff second to non. In the morning breakfast was served to order with the menu offering enough choice to satisfy anyone's taste. We will definitely be returning!
