A unique boutique hotel in the heart of Rhodes city. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is a must visit. In the evenings, there is a queue to get a table there. It is very sweet that the management prioritises guesthouse guests. Fresh fruits every day. Room service is available. There is also a designated parking space near by for 8 euros per day. Breakfast is great, espresso Freddo is delicious. Chocolate cake to die for.

Although the room has 2 TVs, they are outdated (not smart TV). It would be nice to have Netflix on a rainy day.

I can without a doubt say this was amongst the best hotels I have stayed. The level of service far exceeds even the best 5* hotels I have stayed in. From the first moment we arrived to the last, we were treated with such care and attention. Everything was immaculate, the rooms were so clean, the breakfast was delicious and varied and the staff were kind and caring. Location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to the beach and 5 to the medeival city. Me and my wife unfortunately got sick during our trip and the hotel and staff did everything to accommodate us, even bringing up food and offering to buy us medication all to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. Then on the day to checkout we had a late fight and we're still not feeling the best and asked if a later check out was possible. Not only did they make it work but they insisted that it was free of charge as we were unwell. This level of care was really what we needed when we were so sick in a foreign country and made the situation that much easier. Overall I cannot praise them enough, there is allot of other big hotel chains with beachfront pools that are all copy paste of each other, Koukos felt like it has soul and character that none of the others possess and it shines through in the staff. A big thank you personally to the head of house, a lady who took care of us personally and saw that all our needs were met.

The breakfast was good and sufficient portions. The decor was very original old Greek architechture. The aircon was good and eficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean with all the comfort we required. The whole location and setting was perfect.

The wifi was not available in the room. It was reasonable in the Restuarant and bar area.

The room was fabulous. The layout, the decor, the attention to detail. Very clean too. The staff. They were simply wonderful and made us feel so special. Everyone from the team on reception to the waiting staff to the manager on duty was warm, efficient and helpful. Truly first class hospitality. The food and wine was very good too with a special mention for the great breakfast and the Greek wine (white and rose - the best we had on Rhodes) The atmosphere. It's popular with locals so you get a real sense of place. Rhodes was great but staying at Koukos made it even better.

The location in the heart of Rhodes town meant you are close to everything, the beaches ,the old town , a huge array of restaurants and bars ,bus station , for trips around the island, reception can help with timetables and recommendations and €30 taxi from the airport The staff are attentive without being intrusive , the restaurant is fabulous both for breakfast and evening meals and the bakery is perfect to put a picnic together. It's our goto place to stay in Rhodes, and we will be back again and again

Loved the decor and the ambience, living within an old building/bar/restaurant/cafe. Great as a solo traveller to have that around you. Decor was exceptional.

Only downside the noise outside once early in the morning with staff cleaning and preparing the cafe restaurant etc but I am a light sleeper

Great authentic hotel in the heart of Rhodes town. The room was amazing, extremely clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a jacuzzi, fridge, toiletries, 2 TV sets, etc. You choose your breakfast from the night before and everything is served fast and is very fresh and tasty. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. There is an option to reserve parking nearby, which is a must if you rent a car. There are many restaurants and shops nearby and the beach is just a few minutes walk.

From the moment we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming. They always made sure there was a table for us no matter how busy the restaurant was. Room was immaculate and was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The food was the best food we had whilst in Rhodes. We tried a few other places for dinner during our stay and we shouldn’t have bothered as the food here was delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was lovely and chilled. Really can’t speak highly enough!!

It’s been an absolute delight to spend 6 nights at Koukos Rhodian Guesthouse. The location is just perfect, the beautiful beach and also the Old Town is so close. Regarding the accommodation it has a fantastic design and everything corresponds with the photos and description. Every detail is perfectly thought out, so it is rather an artist's work. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was also 10/10, absolutely stunning. The best part is the wonderful staff. They all have been amazing, always smiling and always willing to help. This is what I call a „total service“. It’s been for us by far the best vacation! Thank you very much!

- Generous breakfast with a great variety of options. - Friendly and capable staff who make sure all your needs are being met. - Generous ammenities provided (including Korres shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream). - Hotel is attached to a very good restaurant, bar and bakery, which proved to be a convenient dinner spot when we were a bit too tired to head back into Old Town.

- We stayed in the street-facing room, which is a little loud at night until about 12:00am-1:00am. Still got a good night's sleep, but suggest to opt for one of the quiet rooms if you are sensitive to sound.
