The hotel is very clean and smells very good. The breakfast is very good and the kitchen staff was very helpful and efficient.

I witnessed a deplorable scene at my last breakfast in this hotel, a guest was greeted in an unacceptable manner by the receptionist and I tried to intervene because the employee did not change his aggressive attitude and was not willing to help this guest who attacked me a lot for my attempt which in the end was frustrating because I was one more target of this rude employee who should even be dressed appropriately to work in a reception but his underpants were at knee level and his underwear was all out.

King room was spacious and provided everything I needed. The young lady at the front desk was amazing. Extremely bubbly and great customer service.

My room wasn’t ready when trying to check in around 4:30, but considering how great the customer service was at the front desk it didn’t matter that they were running behind. I ran out to get some food and they called me when it was ready. Only other note was that the TVs weren’t connected to the internet to get on Netflix, and you can’t try to connect on your own because the Settings can only be accessed if you have a staff code.

Very clean and fresh room, corridor and reception/breakfast area. 24 hour complimentary coffee and tea available next to the reception. Free private parking and there is a security guard. You need to provide vehicle details for controlled parking. Breakfast was good with hot food, well taken care of by a pleasant lady. The options were reasonable for the price of the room. More importantly, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The same applies to the cleaning staff and hose keeping team who accommodated our requests with care and patience. Highly recommend this hotel.

My family was having some repairs and other services done at our home, and we needed a place to stay. As soon as we walked in, the hotel lobby smelled extremely clean, and I knew it would be a great place for my family to stay. Upon our initial check in, we had a slight problem with our room. The manager, Raj, listened and was quick to give us another room which was excellent, clean, and very comfortable. The staff members were very accommodating and worked together to make sure any concerns were resolved quickly. Alexis, at the front desk was was very personable and made us feel like family. The housekeeping staff was superb! Julia, the housekeeping manager was very pleasant, and i truly appreciated her staff’s hard work and how our room was cleaned with excellence. Sandra was one of the housekeepers who attended to our room, and she did a beautiful job with our room. It was so refreshing to walk into a clean room that smelled good and had fresh towels and wash cloths during our stay. Diago was also very helpful and welcoming during our stay as well. Thank you, Laquinta staff, for your excellent work! The Laquinta is now our go to hotel when we need a home away from home!

This was a great hotel and an excellent location for me. The room was extremely clean, and it had a very comfortable bed with a lot of pillows. The room was huge and the bathroom was very nice. Everything worked and the staff was great, especially the African American lady that checked me out when I left. There was good parking and the breakfast was fine. The hotel was quiet, as well as the area. I felt safe and comfortable.

There was something in my room that made a lot of noise. I don't know if it was the refrigerator or something else. It was a bit annoying.

Was having back surgery at Emory's Spinal and Orthopedic surgery center on the morning of Friday September 26th. We came up Thursday since I had to be at hospital at 6AM Friday so we would be close especially during this Nasty weather from Hurricane Helena.

The Weather ! Lol Nothing anyone could do about that. We stayed here 2 weeks ago when I had an early Dr appt and were very satisfied with everything about hotel and the staff. The bathtubs need to have a non slip rubber pad in there or non skid put on tub floor cause they are very slippery and I was scared about falling especially since I was on my way for back surgery. We had to leave before breakfast started but last stay we got to eat breakfast and it was very good. Full breakfast serve yourself . My wife and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Emory hospital .

Had an appt at Emory for an MRI and this hotel was a straight shot to the facility where I had to go and it was only one mile away. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Lots of free parking. I would definitely stay again wen back in this area and I would recommend it to others. We stayed on a Wednesday night so I don't know how the weekends would be with parking . The area does look a little run down but the hotel is nice and not one time did my wife or myself feel unsafe and they also keep the hotel and parking lot lit up very bright with lights. Nice place to stay at a Great Price ! We will be back !!

A few times wen I had to go to the check in desk no one would be there and I'd have to wait a while for them to show up .

I booked this room for my Daughter and Granddaughter.. my Granddaughter was having surgery near by at Surgery Center and had a follow visit the next morning.. we live 2 hours from there.. I had tried booking one at Comfort Inn which was closer.. very bad experience after her surgery when she arrived there.. I immediately had to book another room while she was in severe pain.. thankfully everything went great at your hotel from beginning to end.. very nice.. room very clean.. very comfortable king bed.. entire experience was amazing and thank you so much.. well def stay with y’all again..5⭐️

When I arrived the lady working the desk was greeting everyone as they walked in the door! Impressed with her knowledge and she helped me a great deal with my stay in Atlanta. Also, once I got checked into the room was very clean! The shower was wonderful with no regrets! I would stay at this location again!

The breakfast had scramble eggs, bagels with cream cheese and toast. There was apples available! No meat or potatoes on the bar! There was orange and apple juice available. Several people were eating the oat meal and cereal. Overall, breakfast was good but sausage or bacon would help with choices!

Young guy (music note tattoo) checking us in was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The showehead was amazing. Literally the best shower I've had in years. The location felt safe and had stores and food close by. It was easy access to interstate.Most importantly the price was right.

Room was showing some wear and tear. For example, in the bathroom, the baseboards were coming away from the wall and door was missing paint. But nothing to ruin a visit. Breakfast wasn't what I've come to expect from La Quinta. But really the only two complaints would be that the air fresheners used, were way too overpowering, and I'm not sure if it was the shower or toilet we could here from the other rooms but it was very loud and interrupted sleep.
