Our room was on the 4th (top) floor and it was super quiet and comfortable. The bedroom was separate from the “living room”, which was really nice when one of us wanted to sleep while the other was awake. The AC was great. Even better was the $5 made-to-order omelets! Charity makes the best omelets I’ve ever had!

It’s on a busy road, but still a short-ish walk into the downtown area. It would have been nice to have been located on the other side of the river.

We arrived super late, along with many others. The girl at the front desk was so nice and quick to get through the line of people. We stayed in a king suite, which was so spacious. I was completely impressed with the air conditioning temperature and how comfortable the bed and linens were.

The 3rd floor elevator button (to go down) wasn't working, so we had to play the up and down game in the only elevator working. Things could have been dusted, and bottles of soap, full, would have been nice. (They filled the bottles the next day)

The hotel is close to downtown Durango, with a short drive or a few minutes walk. It has all the amenities we were looking for. They’re also pet friendly with a fee. A dog park area is easily accessible at the end of the parking lot.

Had to pay $10/day for parking, but the lot was often filled by restaurant patrons and large busses or vehicles with trailers. Unless we were parked and settled in for the night before dinner time, we had to park way down near the dog park, which didn’t seem reasonable considering the daily parking fee. The pool is ok, but not incredible. Room cards didn’t work reliably on our room or the exterior doors.

The property is located just outside of town which is convenient and helps avoid the general congestion of town traffic. Pablo at the front desk was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of Dove shower products which is a nice bonus. The pool was clean and there was a restaurant adjacent to hotel. I was extremely pleased with my stay and would absolutely stay there again or suggest it to friends and family.

There is a $10 charge for parking your vehicle overnight.

Love the floor. Since I have issue with cleanliness the floor really meet my expectations. I can’t stand carpet in a hotel. I wish all the Holiday Inns had the laminate floor. It gives you a feeling and comfort to be clean. My vacations were much more comfortable.

The breakfasts was not included and was not that great. The oatmeal was just a lump of dough, no bagels so I pay $ 10.00 for a yogurt and a cup of coffee.

Location perfect and staff very friendly. Bed super comfortable and liked ease of controlling temperature. Waitstaff kind and personable in restaurant.

Walls very thin. I could hear my neighbors alarm clock every morning, blinds being pulled up and down, voices and footsteps from people above. Also very low water pressure in the bathroom sink.

It was cozy and comfortable. I liked how close it was to downtown, so not a hassle to go get food. They also had a restaurant bar attached, which was nice to get a quick drink and head back to the room. The staff was nice and kept helping me with the things I needed in a timely manner.

I didn't like that when I checked in I wasn't notified on the fact that there was a parking fee. I was told about all the amenities, the times for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and the potential cleaning fee, so I would have assumed I would've been told about the parking fee at that time. I was told once I checked out and it would've been nice to know ahead of time.

Sadly, our trip to Durango will always be associated with the theft of a laptop. A police report was made and hotel management was made aware. I would ask that all parties continue to be vigilant and contact us should in the machine show up--regardless of how unlikely that is!

Location was good—close to the train station for Polar Express. You might think about running a shuttle over since parking can be limited and it is a pretty far walk and slightly dangerous at night.

Breakfast was $10 so we opted out. Also put us in rooms with double beds when we requested king or queen.

The place was clean. I thought it was funny how you had to keep a card in the holder on the wall to keep the lights on. It had water in the lobby with orange or lemon slices in it. The restaurant attached was called Burger Theory and their food was pretty good. The lobby staff are very kind and helpful. I'd stay again.

There was 1 of 2 elevators that was out of order. That seems simple but it made it inconvenient because of how long I took to call the elevator.
