This was a home from home. Unbelievably we arrived at 9am after a long journey to be invited inside by Eze and welcomed to a complimentary breakfast on the spot. Our room was ready soon after. The room was very large, spacious, and beautifully equipped- really a studio apartment. The situation in Palermo is fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. A particular shout out to Eze who was exceptional, and also Facundo. In addition complimentary tea coffee pastries, fruit, toast, and cheese etc available 24 hours. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Small cosy aparthotel, super friendly staff, self service breakfast : fresh fruits/cereals/water/drinks/snacks & cookies all through the day/ they make you an omelette upon request, spacious room with kitchinette, good shower, good wifi connection, restaurants in walking distance, safe neighbourhood. Taxi and Uber are ideal to travel around and not expensive.

Buenos Aires is a big and noisy city with a lot of traffic, which is normal. The only minus was our airconditioning - very noisy. We had to turn it off during the night, but because of the warm temperatures 28-30°C and the humidity we had to turn it on several times during the night. We recommended the staff to ask the owner to renew the device for future guests

All the staff are amazing! very friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about them. Breakfasts were good and always had food and drink on offer to guests.

The location is in a trendy, changing neighborhood a bit further away from most museums and parks that I visited. Need to walk (weather was perfect), take the subway or ubers.

A great location in Palermo. Near lots of restaurants, bars, street art and money exchange places. We felt secure at the hotel and walking the neighborhood. The staff were so friendly. They made us feel right at home and had good suggestions. The room had everything we needed and was clean. Great breakfast options and the lobby breakfast area had such an eclectic decor. Highly recommend

We had an amazing time at this place! What made our stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of the staff and the owner. From the moment we checked in, we felt truly welcomed. The owner even exchanged Peso for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. There were always small bites available in the lobby, even during the evening hours, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for its hospitality and excellent service!

This is our second stay at the hotel and we recommend it very highly to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Fabulous location near great restaurants and easy transport. The most friendly and helpful staff we have ever met. They made our stay an absolute pleasure and nothing was ever an issue.

Marcelo, the owner and staff welcomed us as if we were family. Our room was very nice. The breakfast was superb with fresh omelettes, yogurt, granola, specialty ham / cheese on a croissant, avocados, fruit, milk/juice and delicious coffee.

There is nothing to dislike.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, super friendly staff, snacks/food served all day, along with a modest bar. Location was excellent.

The staff are outstanding. Special mention to Eze who was always friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. This property is in the best possible location on a quiet side street but close to many great bars and restaurants. Very good transport links to other parts of Buenos Aires.

Location was great, so close to many great restaurants and easy to access the sites. The staff were amazingly accommodating- if felt like you were guests in their home. Warm and welcoming - which was really lovely given our first time in BA. We also loved the all day buffet that was fully stocked from Breakfast for the day.
