This boutique inn is absolutely gorgeous; it is new but built in a rustic style that feels authentic, scenic, and tranquil. The attention to quality and detail was evident in every fixture. Our “family room” was very comfortable and just lovely. Everyone sank into the beds and slept soundly. The hotel was in a great location to stop after visiting the towns and beaches of Mani, en route to the area of Napflion, Corinth, etc. (The drive out through the gorge/canyon, down to the coastal highway, and then around the gulf, was also spectacular.) What was truly outstanding about our night here was the hospitality of the innkeepers, who made us panini sandwiches after we arrived late due to a problem with a ferry earlier in the day. The kids were starving, so we also bought some soft drinks (and wine for us) from the snacks/drinks available downstairs in the lobby and common room, and had a quick dinner in our room. We also really enjoyed the morning breakfast, which included sliced watermelon; sliced cheese and hams; sausages; omelettes, hard-boiled eggs; coffee (made anyway you take it); yogurt (with jams and honeys); fresh baked breads; fresh baked spinach pie (heavenly); cereals; olives; and probably some things I am forgetting. The inn has homemade jams, spreads, and local honey for sale as you leave, as well as dried “mountain tea.” We highly recommend this boutique hotel to other travelers.

We had a delightful 2 night stay. Our room was large and very comfortable and Panayiota was a thoughtful and helpful hostess. The guesthouse is in a peaceful and scenic spot, but just a short walk from the the village square with its excellent cafes and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable walk in the forest and would have stayed longer, if we had had the time. We hope to come back next year.

Everything was fine.

Pretty old stone property a short walk outside the village of Kosmas. Our room was large and comfortable with a huge terrace overlooking the quiet garden. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with local restaurant advice and food suggestions she also served a very decent freshly prepared breakfast.

The property is traditional but unbelievably comfortable and modern where needed. The beds are comfortable and the service is unbelievably attentive and kind. We were travelling for a difficult family obligation and felt truly at home and cared for at this guesthouse. We will never stay anywhere else in the region. The restaurants in the village are some of the best in all of Greece and we had a really good experience. Breakfasts at the guesthouse were generous and beautifully made.

Great location, the staff was very nice and professional. The nearby beach was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the overall experience. Breakfast was delicious, and courtesy local wine was delicious and made a very nice gesture.

The room was 8/10 clean, and that's the only reason i didn't give them 10 stars review.

Everything, people, location, facilities were fantastic. I was also amazed by the fact that there was cleaning-process of the room every day.

I struggled to find something negative...if I had to write something that would be the hairdryer that is not so strong..

A lovely hotel and a lovely, friendly host. Located only a few minutes walk from the picturesque village square. The rooms and hotel are decorated in a classical style, which brings to mind mountain hotels in the Alps or Dolomites. Breakfast was lovely too.

We arrived at the hotel in May in the afternoon hours. We received a nice and clean room with new furniture and a renovated shower. We wanted to take a walk around the village of Kosmas. Paniyuta, the hotel owner, offered us umbrellas and came to pick us up in her car when it started to rain. We were the only guests at the hotel. The hotel owner hosted us with a friend in the evening. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic.

Everything was perfect.

The most beautiful traditional villa high up in the mountain in a tranquil setting and incredible views. Our hostess Panayiota was wonderful, she made us feel so welcome. A short walk to the village square where there are some lovely eateries under the big oak trees. Lots of hikes nearby.

Nothing. Everything was perfect for us.

Lovely big airy rooms. The hotel is a renovated big house on the outskirts of the village. It’s a charming mountain village with a choice of several restaurants and a picturesque square with several places to have coffee or a beer to while away an afternoon.
