Bed comfortable Handy to highway, grocery stores, gym, liquor store. Linens clean, bath clean TV worked, didn't use wifi No smoke or bad odors. No carpet...carpets are always filthy I like no carpet

Facility dated, has had a cheap upgrade, but worn... Highway noise in my room...but ok I slept well. Could ask for side of bldg away from highway... Staff was nice. Didnt drink coffee or see if there was morning snacks...so cant speak to that...but there was coffee... It was 170. Maybe im behind the times (or maybe the hotel market in Buffalo is very inflated! This place is an $80. Place in my opinion. I know the university is there...but it is still robbery... :)

Affordable, convenient and pet friendly . We moved rooms and found that we had lost a stuffed animal that my 12 year old dog has had his whole life . I was really disappointed that there could have been a possibility that it wasn’t going to be found . We are very attached to this stuffed animal. One morning heading out for a walk we found our precious stuffed animal hung on our door , and even more pleasantly surprised to discover that it had been cleaned ! My dog was very excited to see his companion, thank you staff 💕

The rest was pretty good I slept well there, until I heard some loud music in the afternoon because I worked all night and slept from 7am to about 1pm.Not bad for me. I enjoyed talking to the front desk guy. I need to find good rest stops like these to be able to work 12 hour shifts at night.

The toilet was pretty old and slow. That's the worst thing about the room. Other than that it was fine

When we told the motel that our room had a nonfunctional shower (water fell directly to the floor instead of into the tub), they responded by giving us a better room. When we reserved we did not realize we signed up for a "discounted" room. The room wasn't equipped with microwave or refrigerator. That was ok, but the shower was unacceptable. The room they moved us to was clean, equipped with microwave and refrigerator and it was nice. We were very happy.

Mote-6 Amherst provided all the necessities and comfort of hotels in the same area at an excrptiinally better price. It was quiet, clean bright, excellent WiFi and cable service. I had work to complete for work and was able to focus without distraction Ideally having a fridge in the room would be appreciated. Coffee service in the lobby was convenient but again ideal to have in the room. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Would have have liked a coffee machine and refrigerator in the room.

Second time I've stayed here to visit my daughter who attends school nearby. Convenient to the UB campus and to many places to eat, shop, groceries, etc. Friendly staff, quite motel, very clean rooms, bed was pretty comfy (I slept well) -- good experience for the price, and I'd definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer -- good heating/cooling.

Bed could have been a bit less squeaky. It is kind of a basic motel -- bring your own shampoo, hair dryer. They do stock soap, towels. A little loud with regard to road noise, as you're staying near the highway and a main road. Also no elevator. Heater was a little noisy the first time we stayed.

How clean it was. Front desk was nice and helpful. It's quiet inside other than you can hear the traffic but that's expected.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as the room we got the night before, I'm pregnant so that's probably part of it, but still we just needed a place to sleep.

Very clean spacious room. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Reliable WiFi with a strong signal. Excellent amenities like the laundry room and 24/7 front desk assistance.

Everything is great! I had accidentally booked a room with one bed so the front desk upgraded us to two beds at no cost. I was travelling with my husband, myself and son. He said complimentary upgrade! I Was so happy. Comfy beds, very clean room, lobby and main area are well taken care of, Would definitely stay again.

This was a really nice and clean hotel. Staff were really friendly during check in and check out. I would stay here again.

The only downside, and it may not be a downside for some. The bed was a little firmer than what I am use to.
