How the lady help me out by checking me out of my room on the 6th in the morning time and then was able to check me back into the same room that morning instead of us having to come back later that day I was so grateful for that husband had to go to work and didn't know when he was going to get off and I just got off work and just wanted to sleep. I wish I remember her name but I don't and if I was able to vote employee of the month she would definitely have my vote. I hope she is able to read this and remembers the little family that she did that for just wanted to thank you again you made my morning that day

Walked in the lobby was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Quick check in and out. Room was very clean The next day when the staff came to clean the room I noticed my bed sheet was not changed due to it was a couple of black marks on the bed sheet I saw on the sheets when me and my husband first arrived and the bed sheets still had the same marks on the sheet so house keeping didn’t change my sheets at all. Make me think was the sheets changed from the last use before me.

I was sitting and eating breakfast. The lady that was putting out breakfast was wiping down the counter tops then turned around and wiped the trash can top and used the same towel wiping down the counter tops again and the drink machine. When I saw that the next day I did not eat breakfast again. I went out to breakfast.

We arrived early, and since our room was not available due to the heat, the representative upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge, and we were right in front of the pool and on the ground floor as requested. Exceptional support!

The air conditioning in the suite only pulled air from the widow ac unit causing the livingroom area to stay warm, and breakfast was a little overcooked. Parking options were not great on the end by our room and to fridge did not get coldd. Also found spiders in the bathroom.

Nice, affordable hotel right next to a gas station and the highway. The breakfast was decent as well. The room was bigger than expected which is always nice.

The pullout couch in the room seems outdated and potentially nasty. It wasn't uncomfortable, but the feel of it was, "how do I know they clean this thing?" The color pattern is done in a way that stains and stuff can blend in. That's purposely done of course but that's the only negative I can think of. Nice hotel overall!

The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were as expected. From the comfortable beds to the delicious breakfast, every detail made the experience truly enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Big thank you to the Manager for allowing me to check-in early.

The location near the highway makes it challenging to get in and out of the hotel.

It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Easy to find and lots of amenities nearby. I've stayed here twice and will stay anytime I'm in Waco. They serve an excellent breakfast with something for everyone. Unfortunately did not get to the pool or fitness areas but they looked very nice.

The Hotel was Clean, all amenities actually was taken care of and worked! The gym area was well kept and all equipment worked! Pool and hot tub was awesome, staff was amazing and friendly rooms where clean and room service always kept up with the rooms and restocked towels. The breakfast was great too, will be staying here next time I have to stay in town! Also ton of quick eats 5-10 minutes away!

Hotel and room were very clean. Check in was efficient and staff friendly. We had a suite that has a separate room from the bedroom. Desk for working, couch, chair. Kitchen with a sink, refrigerator and microwave. No plates, utensils, etc. Breakfast included. Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, yogurt. Heated indoor pool, fitness room, business center, outdoor self parking. Hooters, IHOP, and chicken restaurant within walking distance. Conveniently located near highway 35. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent! The room was clean; had a very good shower w/lots of towels; good air-conditioning; comfy mattress w/lots of pillows; good Wi-Fi; and a new modern mini refrigerator with separate doors for the freezer and then to a compartment for food storage. The property only had one washer and dryer and the dryer was out of commission but the evening manager on duty allowed me to use one of housekeeping's professional dryers to finish the job. He also recommended a very good Italian restaurant (Beris) which we enjoyed but it is a BYOB establishment. This property was located close to the Magnolia Table (within one mile) and to the Magnolia shopping area at the silos (within three miles) which was the primary reason we were visiting Waco. Had hoped to see Jo and Chip Gains but that wasn't in the cards. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The hairdryer affixed to the wall in the bathroom had been dislodged and was hanging by a thread so this should be fixed. We chose to just lay the total piece on the counter and used it that way. Other than that, we're early risers so breakfast at 6am would have been preferable to 6:30 but, hey, we can live with that.

Location of property is fantastic! Very good ambience. Rooms are clean and spacious. Helpful staff. Swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Value for money!

Breakfast could have been better! They kept it same both the days. A change of atleast couple of items on different days would make the breakfast more exciting.
