I had written a review in December last which albeit, no flattering to the property was honest. I was very pleasantly. Surprised that they took my comments to heart and Infact made changes . The Paxton hotel has a a revamp and wow does it look amazing . The room was beautiful. From the design, to the perfected appointment of the furniture. I was left wide eyed. I have no complaints just compliments . Well done Paxton . Well done

There isn’t much not to like. However I would like to suggest that they explore buffet dinners aswell. Including regular guests along with visiting large groups . No complaints at all.

Almost everything was good, as we were used to from past experience of staying at the Paxton.

We were a bit unprepared for the policy change in respect of breakfast no longer being included in the price. We don't have a problem having to pay for breakfast, but it was a concern that we had not been alerted to the fact that breakfast was excluded and had to be paid for. It was a bit embarrassing in that we had an overseas guest with us as part of the group and when she went for breakfast she had to pay. Had we known it was not included in the price (as it used to be), we would have arranged to pay it upfront. We really didn't want our guest to have to pay for her meals. Better communication would have been appreciated in this instance.

Place so conveniently located to nearby facilities like mall,shopping centers,airport and sea view. Clean spacious outside sitting area around the pool. Looking forward to come back again

Unfortunate nothing intrresting to watch on tv,Will appreciate if you can put smart Tvs in th rooms since there is wifi so that guests can stream wat they need. The minibar fridge is too small. Atleast have iron inside room. Airconditioner units are older models and very noisy plz do something No phone charge ports next to bed,plz do somethng

The swimming pool and the sitting area surrounding it, breakfast and nice professional staff. The hotel is undergoing the continuous (quite) reconstruction. The old air condition is quite an issue there. We had a really noisy one but the staff was helpful and we switched the room for our second night. They are trying their best and the hotel is still a nice place to stay. Close to the centre and close to the beautiful beaches (both by car).

I dont normally eat at the Hotel due to the fact that we are taking clients out. But we did on Wed night my boss and I - we both ordered Rump - were not asked how we would like it cooked. When it arrived my boss was able to eat his as it was slightly thinner than mine and therefore cooked a little better, mine was thick and when i tried to cut into it was completely raw. I sent it back to be cooked further - it came back and honestly looked like all they had done was add more sauce onto it. I ate the outside pieces and probably left 3/4 of the steak it was so undercooked - very bad experience. While the Flushes on the toilet may work in that they don't break - with someone who has long nails - not particularly long - i find it extremely difficult to flush your toilets.

The staff, the room, the breakfast, and the cleanliness. The quick check-in. Wonderful

The rubber at the bottom of the shower door was broken. Water spilled out of the shower into the bathroom floor. It's not good to have to clean that with towels after showering. Also, the charging point I saw was the one next to the kettle. This is too far.

The food was excellent. After requesting for n new matras because the one I slept on was done, your responds to this was swift and friendly.

Tell us more about room serive and the fridge in the room. We did not see it and thought we dont have one because of the ice masjien on the first floor. We not usualy staying in Hotels only in selfcatering units. But overall everthing was good.

Second time back. I love this place.The only thing I would change if I could is the fact that the bar closes at 10. People go out and explore PE. You go back to your hotel to relax and you want a drink and sit at the wonderful pool area but the bar closes at 10. Most people only get back to the hotel at 9 or 9:30 after going out.

Had an Incredible stay as a returning guest to Paxton . I got a personal welcome from Werner when I got to my room , The view of the Harbour was Everything, Not to mention the Spacious room and attention to detail, the staff both reception and security were more than willing to assist with anything I wanted. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options , the chef made my Omelette with a smile . The gentlemen who manage the restaurant are well dressed and groomed ,extremely pleasant environment .

I have been travelling and staying at hotels throughout the country as well as international, i must say that this hotel seems to be a hidden gem, it really exceeded my expectations and the the price was so affordable it was such great value for money . The bed was comfortable, the rooms were very spacious, the pillows were just right , the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. it would be nice if there were more of these hotels through out the country , i would certainly prefer staying here over a southern sun hotel. I left early and did not get a chance to have breakfast.

everything was perfect, just the pool was not heated and i wanted to have a swim to feel a bit refreshed.
