Location,the breakfast and the rooms were clean.

I didn't like the tap shower malfunction,the TV channels are awful and lastly the shower soap and shower gel was awful 😞

cleanliness, breakfast staff know how to serve their customers, communication, foyer waiting area comfortable, parking service.

I initially booked 17-18 July 2025. I cancelled 17 July 2025 but booking.com did not communicate that to hotel and resulted in double charge when I actually slept one night. I was in room 0714 Thulani Thwala checked in on 8 July and checked out on 19 July 2025. The manager told me it is the external third partner that did not communicate to them therefore charged me for the night I did not sleep. This spoilt my good stay. I suggest a speedy and efficient communication confirming customer cancellation and at arrival. I am not aware if there is a point-system that one can use to accumulate and keep customers.

Wheelchair user - I was checked into their wheelchair friendly room. I did a video for Social media as I share my travelling journey - notdisabled_enough (have a look!) Staff were INCREDIBLE. treated me as a normal person and asked if i wanted any help before doing anything, including touching my wheelchair. They reserved a table for me for breakfast that was easy to get to. Breakfast was good and as i have allergies there was also plenty to eat. I also left something behind, they kept it for me so i could come for it! Sliding toilet door on the bathroom!

Maybe get some trays for buffet breakfast - means that I could do a little bit more myself by putting the tray on my lap. Chair in the bathroom for wheelchair users might need replacing which I forgot to mention! Need more rails in the bathroom for balancing.

Garden Court Kings Beach was great! The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. The waiters and chef are such good people. Vuvu, Morris and all the kitchen staff made my children feel valued and had knowledge on halaal which helped a lot when having the kids feel confident enough to help themselves. It is actually this stay that makes me feel confident of my next visit at another Garden Court in KZN. Definitely the benchmark for comparisons. To sum it up, will I stay there again, MOST DEFINITELY!!!

This is not the hotels doing, but while my kids were swimming, one of the guests was throwing items out the window on the 4th or 5th floor. It was a bit annoying as I was worried it would fall on one of my kids' heads, but also, I get kids will be kids.

Staff was very friendly, place is in an excellent location. Close to the beach and majority of points of interest, which really is ideal for travellers. gym and running tracks were a bonus for me. Food was great at breakfast. My flight was late and I had to check out and leave my luggage, this was done with ease and process followed gave me a sense of security.

Sea facing room had no balcony, That was really not nice. I see it's how it's built but having an early morning coffee at the balcony facing the sea, is on it's own a holiday for me.

Location was perfect Dining room at breakfast was packed but I was given a breakfast pack which I enjoyed the linen was fresh I enjoyed my short stay

Yho, the car parking is awkwardly situated, you have to drag your luggage all the way from the parking on top to the foyer at the ground floor. I had a big suitcase which I dragged along, its exhausting guys!!! The following morning I had to push my luggage up the incline again to my car! When I arrived at reception, no one was there until the security person went to fetch him.

The staff was accommodative of our room request, they were also very friendly and helpful.

Lifts were a bit busy as there was some schools sporting event, with a number of schools booked at this wonderful hotel. It could have been that the kids were having fun with the lifts or the lifts are not sufficient to cater for such large crowds. 1 would wait for about 15 minutes on that day for the lift. The rest of the days were ok, as the wait was at max 5 min.

I absolutely enjoyed the view. Ideal location near to all amenities. The beds were nice and comfortable. Lovely breakfast feast. I'll definitely need to try out the pool and gym in future.

I typically rinse the bathtub out in preparation for a soak and, unfortunately the bath took long to empty out, during the draining process some hair came out from the drain. Nasty! I decided to shower instead. Oh and I'd appreciate a full toilet roll 😉 lol.

We booked last minute, through Bookings.com. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We also always appreciate the convenience of the hotel fee being inclusive of breakfast. The water pressure in the shower is always the main attraction, and Garden Court didn't disappoint!!!

The shower in the bath is not the most convenient. Washing always results in water leaking all over the floor😔.... We then had to use a lot of clean towels to dry the floor

The staff were fantastic. We were very impressed with the staff at breakfast. They cleared plates and cutlery away quickly and efficiently. The room had a fabulous view of the sea and we so appreciated the free upgrade and the late check out on our day of departure. We will definitely recommend your hotel to others.

There was no plug in the bath and the shower head constantly dripped despite being turned off as tightly as possible.
