We stayed in one of the executive suites and the room was well accommodated and extremely spacious, we have stayed on 2 prior occasions, and this room is for us the best room in the boutique ( stayed 2 times before), definitely will booking this suite on our next visit.

One thing that we would like to see updated is the Sony Brava TV, it's a pre Netflix and USB model, It's time for an upgrade. Also a suitcase rack or two would be handy. If they can get these 2 items right the No5 becomes No10/10

Well appointed rooms. Location for Port Elizabeth Airport (10 minute drive)

Requested breakfast bags for early start, none were provided for us, but other guests got theirs. Raised a complaint via email, but never got a reply. We paid for bead and breakfast but only got the bed. Also, they have a movie room which we were told we could use, but they had booked this out for a couple to have a private dinner. Don’t provide a service for all guests if you are going to stop them using it.

Location. Location! Ease of convenience and a stone throws away from the beach and the newly revamped Boardwalk Centre. Hospitality from the staff was exceptional!

Facilities could use an update in some of the furniture, whilst still retaining the look and feel of what No5 is renowned for. Unfortunately, no smart TV’s in the bedrooms and WiFi signal rather weak.

Located close to summerstrand area. In a quiet residential area. Access via gates into a self contained compound. The room was very comfortable with large bathroom, lounge, bedroom & garden area. We ate at the hotel and the food was nice and good wine was available. I would estimate there are less than 10 bedrooms so it's more like a large house than a hotel.

A strange request to pay via credit card link! This was despite me providing my credit card to booking.com. ignored this request and paid on arrival

Breakfast was excellent. The room was stunning. Just loved the artdeco interior decoration. The staff were super friendly. There is a movie theatre in the hotel, but we did not use it. Safe parking was fantastic.

Pity about the TV and wifi. The tv only had one channel, SABC News. the wifi was very weak and went on and off. Could not really use it. Such a beautiful luxerious room but we could not watch sport.

It was a very quirky, cool, and interesting hotel with all the art work. Our room/suite was fantastic, with everything and more we could of wanted. It was a shame we only stayed for 1 night.

If I was to criticise anything, it would of been the food. It wasn't bad, but we had a lot better at the different hotels we stayed at whilst travelling through South Africa.

Excellent breakfast. Staff could not have been more delightful and helpful. A very nice place to stay

The room was very dark, a little depressing. We would have preferred to be upstairs. I appreciate the tree above pool was dropping berries continuously but perhaps more maintenance whilst this happens as the pool never looked very inviting with so much floating on the surface, however this really is a minor thing.

The room was absolutely fantastic x It had very everything you could want and so spacial x

The staff didn’t seem happy! Also the pool was small was very dirty and you would never even able to swim in it as it seem clean!

Unusual small hotel with art deco architecture and furniture and an art collection which was worth seeing on its own merit. Most comfortable room and bed and lovely food at dinner and breakfast.

Nothing apart from not being able to wander out at night for a stroll because of safety reasons - common for that area.
