I had a wonderful stay in palm beach guest house. What I loved most about the place was the accessibility. The location is a big plus. It’s close to key amenities, including a nearby shopping mall, university and the beach which made it easy to access anything I needed during my stay. The rooms are spacious, offering comfort and enough space to move around freely. One of the highlights of my stay was the availability of a fully equipped kitchen. It allowed me to prepare my own meals, which was both convenient and budget-friendly. I appreciated not having to rely on takeaways every day throughout my stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Well, there are few areas that could be improved. The windows are quite old and rusty, and I found it difficult to close them properly. The loose handles made it even more challenging and unfortunately, this allowed small flies to get into the room from time to time. With some maintenance and attention to detail, especially regarding the windows, I believe everything will be 100% 👌. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend Palm Beach to anyone looking for a quiet and conveniently located place to stay.

The staff were really lovely. After a rocky start, Maxine managed to get us into a much better room with appliances that worked. A 10/10 for Maxine and the staff to doing their best to ensure we had a lovely time! Giving 8/10 rating because of Maxine and the staff (and the room we were moved into!).

We advised of a late check in, but were left ringing the bell for 20 minutes at 9pm in the wind before anyone let us in. When we got into the room the appliances didn't fit the sockets and a few things broken. Some rooms need attention.

I liked the communal pool. The food was good and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The chipboard of the cupboards were deteriorated, our kettle was leaking and was not replaced after it was reported. The positioning of the TV - it's quite high and not easy to reach for a TV that must be switched on manually. The empty wall space next to where the cupboard with glasses and cups are, would be a better position for the TV.

Everything was lovely, Annie was an absolute star. Location was perfect, bed comfortable, I would definitely come back to this place again. My only suggestion is that keep in mind that not everyone eats pork and have a variety of cold meats to suit those that do not eat pork, like have chicken Vianna's. Otherwise everything was amazing.

I loved the breakfast, the staff and the feel of being in a place that is a home away from home. Annet was so kind and shared the different activities I could do and always asked me how my day was. I am cat lover too and I loved Delilah who mostly kept to herself and is really friendly.

The room was a little cold, but that's because it was winter. There were additional blankets and the hot showers really helped before bed time, after a day of exploring the beautiful city of PE.

Our host and all the staff were accomadating and friendly. The upstairs unit we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. We definitely would love to come back and stay more than one night, get to enjoy the beach which is a hop and skip over the road. The cherry on the cake was the superb breakfast. Thank you once again.

Our visit didn’t start well. We had booked an ocean view room through booking.com, unfortunately that wasn’t relayed to the owner. Within minutes I was speaking with the owner. Within 30 minutes we had a resolution that worked for both of us. Within the hour there was a knock on our door with Megan apologizing profusely and extending her hand with a bottle of wine. …absolutely not necessary. The ladies opened up the kitchen for us as we had an early tee time. The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast are is very I voting. Due to a cycling event, most of the main roads were closed. Meghan’s significant other came and drove to the course with us following so we wouldn’t be lost. The service we received was top notch! Our room ended up being very good, not what we anticipated, but very good.

Spacious, comfy room. Appreciated the full kitchenette for self-catering. Nice to have both a bath and shower. Super friendly and attentive staff, with warm, smiling engagement from arrival to departure. I didn't get to have breakfast as I needed to leave early, so an't comment on that.
