The staff were friendly. The place was secure I could leave my room unlocked without worrying. The rooms were clean and big.

There was no extra toilet paper in the room. There was no bin other than the bathroom bin, there was no bar fridge to keep my drinks. There was no remote for the gate. The drive way is very narrow.

Nandi, the receptionist is the best at all she is doing. She is welcoming and makes you feel at is. She gets 10/10

The place is understaffed. The receptionist is overworked. She doubles as a receptionist and as a cook as the results the food is not 100%. The place needs people who will take care of the catering side.

We had a nice and comfortable stay. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and bathroom was excellent. I like how they accommodate the Muslim clients by having was pipes in the bathroom and a prayer mat in the room. Breakfast was yummy and on point

Wifi was extremely weak and disappointing. Would have been more enjoyable if the pool was clean

I like the fact that we had private parking on the property. Compliments to the chef as well, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful to our every need. I would definitely visit again.

On the app, I booked the accommodation, and it said that I booked a Superior Double room. However,this Superior Double room looked more like a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. As my husband and I were the only ones booked in, the staff in charge was friendly enough to give us a room suitable for a couple facing the garden, which was very beautiful. Unfortunately the pool was also dirty and we couldn't swim, but it was explained to us that it was due to the electrical trip that occurred just before we arrived.

The water gets cold very quickly, even when taking 3minute showers. We are a family of 4 and all need to wash I understand the water restrictions however it feels like the geyers are set to not have the warm water last long at all or maybe all the units are sharing geyser. We love going here, just wish they would have a look at that

Absolutely awesome! The room was very clean, neat, cozy and comfortable. Nandipha and Dawood were very welcoming and accomodating and saw to our every need. Their friendliness made our stay even better! We will definitely be staying at Al-Beit again!

we absolutely loved the setup, it felt like a home away from home...so clean and everything was in order...the staff went above and beyond for us especially Nandipha...she was so friendly and amazing ...I give this place 10 stars

there wasn't a thing we didn't like

The staff were extremely friendly and went beyond our expectations. Our every request was met. For example I had asked to borrow a charger for my iPhone and even though none of the staff had an iPhone they still managed to get a charger for me to use. The breakfast that was offered was exceptional. Food was delicious and freshly prepared by the chef according to how you would like it made. That little extras here and there is what makes this place remarkably memorable.

Even though our stay was really good, the one thing that I didn't like was that the place outside lacked brightness at night. We had gone out and returned late at night and it was abit difficult to see where we were walking to get to our room through the entrance by the pool so if they added more lighting to that area would be a great idea.

It would have been nice if the swimming pool was functional.

The place is nice and it is situated in a good location. The staff was very friendly, especially the chef. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

Our room didn't have a wardrobe for us to hang our clothes. We had to hang them behind the door. And they didn't have an ironing board.
