Check in was easy, car parking ample clean and safe, rooms comfortable not filled with 'frills' just basic needs. Everything needed was available. Host friendly and very accommodating. group felt as if we were in our private space. Close to Beach dining.

TV had all channels perhaps a bit of instruction on how to use /operate the TV channels would be helpful, it was not essential to my stay, so it didn't matter, however, a longer stay it might be advisable for a demonstration on how to operate remote. Just for techno challenged people.

The noise in the morning on the roof before checking out it was unbearable, there was no communication about it

We had a self service but the price we paid for accommodation was less than what we experienced there, I don't mind going back there again and again.

Everything was perfect for us

I appreciated that they kept my charger safe until someone could pick it up for me. Additionally, I was impressed by their consideration when we booked with incorrect dates and the place was fully booked. Instead of leaving us stranded, they found an alternative accommodation for that night.

I wasn't impressed that we had to stand at the gate for a long time, shouting for someone to let us in when we were checking in. Additionally, their phone calls took a while to answer.

All was in order, clean and our stay was pleasant

Our last night was in darkness till the morning. We had to ask at reception for hot water to make coffee. The emergency number was just ringing when we wanted to notify about the electricity that was off. Our cellphones batteries were depleted by morning, and we couldnt even watched movies when we got back to the accommodation. The matter was only resolved just before we had to leave by 10am Even though we were upgraded from Beachway Guesthouse, measures should be in place should such problems arise.

I liked how friendly the host was, how close it is to the beach, and the view from the patio.

Silly things like the lack of bin liners and milk (cremora was provided though for those who like it, and the bed side lamp wasn't working properly. But for the price, the accomodation was excellent and rooms had all the trimmings like clean bedding + towels, TV, wifi, fridge, microwave, clean bathroom, and secure parking.

The room was in a good condition and the bed was very comfortable and clean...the issue I have with the room was roaches in the small kitchen and I was worried that they will get in my luggage's. Kindly fumigate once in a while as you know that you 're getting different guest every time, and maybe you are not aware about the roaches. Best Regards

I really like the place and the quietness of it and the staff was amazing and helpfull.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our dog had enough room to play. The bed was comfortable. There was ample space to park our very big van.

The towels were a bit old and tatty. The hot water in the kitchenette took way too long to warm up, and wasted too much water. The bathroom needs a shelf above the basin. Please make provision for recycling.

My Host was very gracious and friendly. The room was more than adequate for my needs. the proximity to Beach and malls and other entertainment was great. I decided that i would spend my stay walking everywhere that i needed to be and everything is in walking distance. Another thing that i highly appreciated was the hot water in the shower not all BnB's that i have visited have given me this luxury. Well done beachway. I will surely be back again.
