Breakfast was very bad. You wait in the cue for someone to prepare your egg. Limited variety of things to eat and hot milk, water got finished halfway. The home made bread was older than me, breaking up even when you try to butter it. The noise during the night...... It's a tarven.

Good start on breakfast. Lessen the noise during the night. The visibility of their floor waiters for assistance. Me with jetlag despite the request but have to wait for 3pm, room not ready. Following day 12pm room was not serviced. Day 3 they know on my door to service the room when I'm checking out at 11am. So disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson and I got a good rate. I took accommodation without breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The hotel is very well situated. It is in walking distance to the Roadhouse and another smaller shopping center with a restaurant. I felt safe walking on the promenade while it was still light. The parking was also safe and undercover. The wifi also worked fine.

I did go to the gym just once and found some of the equipment switched off and in need of some maintenance. I enjoyed the fresh sea air every day with a walk on the promenade. Just bring a wind free jacket along.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Port Elizabeth. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. Check-in was quick and seamless, and we were soon enjoying one of the most stunning ocean views we've ever experienced – right from our room! The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise over the Indian Ocean was a highlight of our trip. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet – a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food that catered to all tastes. The restaurant staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the beach and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you're visiting for business or a relaxing holiday, Radisson Blu Port Elizabeth strikes the perfect balance between comfort, elegance, and convenience. The view from the room was nice. The room was very clean and cozy, very spacious as well which is good. The staff members were very polite and helpful, the kitchen is open throughout the night which was great for us.

The bed set off the mood, because it was two single beds put together so my partner and I had to like share one side of the bed because I kept on falling in between the two beds and kept on losing our things because they would fall through the bed. The breakfast was a bit off as well because it was the same like everyday, I lowkey feel like I wasted my money paying for breakfast for the duration of my stay.

The location and cleanliness

The front desk chap,looked down on me and turned me back by telling me that the hotel is full. I explained myself that I made a reservation on Booking.com and the chap told me that they don’t have control over booking made on the app as their hotel is full. He didn’t even want to take my reference to check the status on the system. I went out and phoned reservation department and they confirmed that they can see my booking and the hotel isn’t full. But anyway the front desk manager managed to check my reservation and confirmed that all is in order. I just hope that he had a chat with the chap since he is going to continue tarnishing the hotel name.

The ocean view rooms are amazing, loved waking up and getting full view of the sunrise on the horizon. Food was good, I find the breakfast was much better than the evening dining at the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable, allowing a good nights rest after a long day. The rooftop pool was a nice feature to "rinse" after being on the beach.

Personally, I felt like some of the furniture in the room and restaurant was quite worn. Everything was still functional, but it's not aesthetically pleasing seeing chipped, deeply scratched, broken and stained surface areas (tables, chairs, room dividers). For a hotel where the vibe is "high class" that was slightly disappointing.

View of the sea is really special. And close to the beach for a walk. Lots of parking even under ground. They helped carry luggage, which really helped. Huge tv that was modern and even had screen sharing.

At breakfast they decided to work on all three automatic coffee machines. Needed my coffee but it made me late. In the mornings the staff use the lifts a lot. So if you high up then you spend a long time waiting for a lift. There was no hair dryer.

The check-in process was seamless. I was assisted by Anathi who was efficient, very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious with breathtaking views, and had a sleeper couch to accommodate my kids. We ordered food using room service. The food was delicious and delivered quickly. The staff around the hotel were generally friendly. All in all it was a good stay, we spent one night there on new years eve and had a very good view of fireworks display nearby.

The main entrance with the revolving doors could have been cleaner. Management should also consider how best to increase capacity in the dining room for breakfast during peak season. While staff tried their best to seat everyone, it felt very crowded.

The view is fantastic, breakfast great and the room layout and bed also great. Close enough to teh main beach for a run or walk, safe area, and two shopping centres with restaurants and entertainment close-by. Walking distance if you so wish.

The windows at Radisson is always dirty, meaning one cannot truly experience the fantastic views. Both the shower and toilet doors' hinges were broken, making a loud bang every time they are moved. The toilet cistern was leaking onto the bathroom floor.

We had an amazing stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel! The central location made exploring the city so convenient, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the stunning view from our room was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the bedroom curtains were not fully installed, which unfortunately meant being harshly woken up by the sun at 5 a.m.; properly installed blackout curtains would have made the experience even better.
