The place was cosy.....clean....staff was very kind ..helpful and always available when we needed them. We loved the unlimited availability of the coffee machine.....the place was central..near to everything we needed. We will surely recommend the place to others. Thanks a lot for always having a smile on your faces ......and making us feel welcome and special.....we loved our stay......we hope to see u all soon in the near future.....wishing u all the very best and that u go from strength to strength......👌💯❤️

Extremely convenient location, just a couple of mins walk from the beach and few mins ride from the airport. Good dining options available at walking distance from the hotel. Free parking too! We spotted dolphins in the bay from the reception area!! The bedding was clean and comfortable. Hot water in the shower available at any time of the day! Though the room is compact, it was comfortable for a nights stay. Quick n easy check in and check out process.

Nothing much, except it would be helpful if they had microwaveable dishes available to heat packaged food in the microwave kept at the reception.

I want to firstly thank uBabalwa the receptionist. I was communicating with her the whole day. She was cheerful, helpful and friendly, I arrived very late but there was no fuss. My room was cute and clean, it had everything I needed. This place is perfect for an in and out, I say this because my room didn't have a fridge or coffee facility. I didn't need it as I was in Friday and out Saturday. Perfect for when you don't know your time of arrival as well. I felt very safe the whole night. Shout out to the security guards at the door, it was pouring with rain, but they still did their jobs with a smile. I loved it.

Babalwa the receptionist, her welcome was exceptional, she was lovely, even helped us with the check in around 12 as I asked on email and her service was lovely, she is the people's person and gives exceptional service everyday we saw her, she would greet n ask daily about our stay. She is such a darling

The other lady who was replacing babalwa, she was not friendly,I don't even know her name cos she had no name badge on,. Light in complexion and not user friendly. always serious, looked bored n irritated to be there n to be serving people. Not once during my stay did she even greet me, even if I stand on the counter waiting for her help. She doesn't deserve to be the face of sun1, even on our checkout, she didn't say anything. Just took out card n continued with her work, unlike babalwa she didn't even ask me about my luggage storage. I had to ask her for it, which she took her time to help me. Her service was very bad, how I wish babalwa was there during our departure, it would have being great n a lovely n memorable departure.

The rooms were very economical and clean. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee.

The issue was the noise level. The hallways were loud until late night and then again very early in the morning. The point of our trip was to get some rest for a long drive and I don't feel we got much rest at all. The parking was also an issue as they share a parking lot with clubs and restaurants do it took me about 20 minutes to find parking and even then I was concerned for the safety of my car.

Comfortable sleep after traveling for 13 hrs, but on Friday afternoon I couldn't rest well due to maintenance noise. And they were right infront on our bedroom window. But it okay other than that I enjoyed my last days in PE.

Maintenance noise, Friday afternoon I couldn't rest well after attending my graduation since I had to travel back same night and left my Sister to check out Saturday morning.

The place that it was located in was central and close to the beach , the rooms were extremely clean and the cleaning staff was extremely nice .

The front desk resptionist that assisted us when we were checking In was quite rude and made our first day bad bc we were very annoyed at her and her behavior , please hire people who understand that being at the front desk and just being kind and doing their job plays a huge role in making sure that we have a comfortable stay and leisure time , they are technically the the face of the place , we need people who are warm and kind .

Location is good nearby restaurants and beach. Good stay if you need to be close to the airport

The room is very small and the shower is just inside the room in a separated area of the toilet. If you don't have intimate with your co-host it could be a problem... Also, the coffee machine was not working during the whole stay, without alternative option to have a free coffee as publicated .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sun1 is close to our church, food outlets and close to the beach. The lady Nonhle was very kind to us. Sun1 even store our luggage, because we traveled in the afternoon. I recommend Sun1, I will definitely go there again, the rooms were very clean and neat
